Wonderful break from reality ! !

We couldn’t have asked for anything better! There are many accolades below and we experienced them all – great food, friendly happy staff, comfortable and clean rooms, best jerk chicken at the Jerk Shack, and the property never felt crowded. I will focus on how the hotel handled COVID protocols. We felt very safe at all times. Checking in online avoids completing the paperwork and saves a lot of time on arrival. The staff are masked at all times, but guests are not. The only time a mask is required is when taking the shuttle to/from the airport and the neighbouring Sandals resort. Hand sanitizer (“love potion”) is applied whenever entering a restaurant. The breakfast buffet still has its full selection, but a staff member will serve you. Tables are well spaced. Life jackets and snorkel gear are sanitized in a large tank. We received a note for our pre-departure COVID test appointment time and received the results by email well in advance of the requirement. Again, we felt very safe at all times! We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect relaxation

We love this property. This was our second stay. Covid cleanliness was top notch. The island is one of our favorite parts. Very few chairs but we take the first dragon boat over and stay all day. We snorkeled and tanned off the back of the island all day. Dezreen at club level was fantastic. Always called us by name even when out on the property. She was so prompt and helpful Owens was a great bartender on the island. We really enjoyed the island Crystal champagne was phenomenal !!!! One of my favorite parts was playing dominoes with jones on the island. So nice spending a little quality time with an islander. He was a genius and probably one of my favorite parts of the trip!! Looking forward to playing again. We stayed in the Windsor and it was much louder than we expected- more than the entertainment we could hear food tray carts rattling and workers at many hours. We stayed at Kensington last time and would love to be back in that area next time.

This was our first visit to Jamaica. Sandals was amazing. Specially the staff and almost all the Jamaican people we met were awesome. We would give 4.5 Stars to the facility and 7 stars to the staff.All the staff at Le jardiner were amazing. Special thanks to Synovia at LeJardiner at Royal Caribbean for your special welcoming spirit and great hospitality. You Rock! Sushi was amazing at Soy. Le Jardiner, and Bombay had great food. Being an Indian, Bombay really surprised us with good Indian food. Management at Bombay could be improved in hospitality. Service at Soy was amazing. Manager Joel was very attentive and welcoming. Paid personal attention to everyone. We want make a special mention of DeFradraline, for her great attitude. Team at Photo shop was great. They were very helpful. Special thanks to Daliah and Wilton. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. All the pool staff and room service was great. Special mention and thanks to Roslyn at front desk at Montego Bay Sandals. This became an amazing experience because of the staff at Sandals. We would vacation again at Sandals because of the service the staff gave. Yeah man!!!

The trip started off a bit rough as the air was not working in our room. However, Dezreen Reid-Stewart who is the Elite Services Manager stepped up and really made our trip a once in a lifetime memorable occasion. I can't say enough about how she went above and beyond to ensure we had a room with properly working air. She also made it a point to speak and call us by name each time we saw her....this made us feel so welcome and at home. I highly recommend this resort and will be using them again myself.

Best vacation ever!

I've never felt so special or spoiled in my life. The property is stunning and well maintained. Staff were all so friendly and helpful! I deducted a star because the resort is right next to the airport. The 10 or so planes a day that go overhead were annoying. There was also some construction happening on the property and occasionally you'd be eating and there would suddenly be a jackhammer right near by.
