The Springs Resort and Spa
I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. We were there just to visit during the day and we were so happy that we choose this place. Aside the termal pools that was a fantastic experience, we did the horse ride, and our tour guide Oscar Murillo was fantastic, super nice guy, my boys also did the river tubing and the rock climbing activity. The scenery of this place is a paradise , once you get there you don't want to leave. Is super super beautiful and breathtaking. I am sure we will back there soon and this time we will sure to spend a night there.
Lovely place with amazing customer service
What a place! My wife and I had an incredible there...it starts from the moment you pull up to the gate and all the way to checkout...the room, the food, the pools, the hot springs, the view of Arenal volcano!!! they even had cloth washing machine and dryers, which came in super handy...the bus ride down to the river and hot springs was quite an experience. The business Center behind reception was quiet...just be aware that the resort is a short drive from the town and the last 3-4km is off the road so you really are at the resort especially in the evenings after it gets dark so going into town for dinner at the different restaurants is not an option...due to limited occupancy only one restaurant was open at the resort. Overall would definitely recommend it.
Amazing. Absolutely Amazing
Phenomenal resort. Breath taking views and hands down the most amazing staff at any resort I’ve ever visited. The reservationist at the front desk (Carolina) is absolutely amazing and what every front desk worker should aspire to be like (coordinated our covid testing and everything), the bartenders, welcome staff, drivers, literally everyone was just above and beyond. Highly recommend. I’m personally terrified of bugs, out hotel room remained spotless the entire time.
HONEYMOON OF OUR DREAMS
After combing through different stays in the area we decided to spend our honeymoon at The Springs and Spa Resort. It exceeded all expectations upon arrival and was the honeymoon of a life time. Special shout-out to Michael Murillo at the swim up bar for providing above and beyond customer service from our arrival to our departure. Thank you again The Springs and Spa Resort for the honeymoon of our dreams. PS: Make sure to try the sushi bar!
Beautiful Property
This property has absolutely stunning views of Arenal Volcano and beautiful natural water hot springs. Extremely friendly/happy staff members. Good bar food/drinks! Definitely recommend staying here! 5/5. Thank you 😊
