Great hotel
This is a great hotel with great staff! Easy fast check-in! The rooms are very nice and clean! It’s a quiet location. I would recommend this hotel over any others in that area. It’s worth the money!!!!
CHECK YOUR ROOM BEFORE SIGNING IN!
My partner and I booked this room in our travels to Texas,(long drive)! But I was taught to ask to see the room before accepting it. Boy! We were glad we did! The tub was dirty, room musty,an old couch sitting outside the door. I didn't even want my dog to stay there. It would have felt as if fleas were on us. We turn it down and went to Platteville to LaQuinta,and had a good night's sleep!
refreshing change to most hotels
we have been traveling to Alabama for 30 years. We usually stop in Montgomery coming from Daytona Florida for the night. This time we decided to stay at the Baymont Hotel on 231. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. The room rate was half of what we usually spend on a night. I was a bit skeptical of the quality of what the room would be like. We were pleasantly surprised.The room was very clean, the bed was great, the bathroom sparkling clean. The whole place was very nice. Free breakfast in the mourning, plenty of parking, work out room and pool were spotless. I highly recommend it . We will make it our place to stay from now on...
has gone from bad to worse
My husband and I was at the spur of the moment decided to take a tripe to Montgomery and we went to a hotel that we have stayed before a lot of times but it was never I mean never this bad the refrigerator didn't work and the bath tube was dirty and when we call the front desk to report this they said that someone was going to check it out are bring another one at about 9:00 how about that!. in the meantime I notice the bath tube was dirty so I call back and reported that and the owner said that that was not true because they clean the room themselves and refuse to give use our money back because at this point we was going to leave and come back home, who want to stay in a dirty hotel when everything you paid for is not working so if you are planning at tripe to Montgomery avoid Baymont room 118 /yes I do have photo .I fell if your customer have a complaint come see for yourself if the tube was dirty look and see if a towel was used and you will have your answer/ not defend something that you don't no and look at how long we had been there
Baymont-Pleasantly surprised!
Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Great bed-cozy! I had no idea that the Baymont was that nice. We wanted pet friendly and it was late at night with not a lot available in and around Montgomery Alabama. The Wyndham rep. on the phone was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience for tired travelers!
