Tranquility and amazing service in the heart of Montreal: best stay ever!

My stay was simply perfect. I loved the suite, it felt like home, and it was incredibly quiet considering this is a vibrant part of the city. I slept very soundly and enjoyed the fact that this is a small-scale hotel, where you can relax and do not have to deal with noise from other guests (or even run into them at all). The decor was warm and welcoming, and the kitchen was equipped with everything one could need. The wifi was super reliable, allowing me to have a seamless important Zoom meeting, and everything was sparkling clean. The best of all was, as others have mentioned, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - more specifically, the owner himself, Mr. Turgay D. I enjoyed our conversations and was touched by him going out of his way to get me scissors when I needed them. I made sure to get his card as I will definitely call him directly when I need to stay in Montreal next - not only do I think he will remember me (he's just that nice and attentive to detail!) but it is definitely going to be a better deal for both parties involved compared to booking via a travel site. I did not know that before but you live, you learn! This kind of experience is incomparably better than anything the bigger hotels could offer. I also enjoyed the location, the proximity to Montreal's most famous park (designed by the same architect who created Central Park in NYC), and there are many charming places nearby, the coffee at Cafe Pikolo was outstanding and I had a very nice brunch at Cafe St-Barth (both within 1 minute of walking). You just can't go wrong with Parc Suites Hotel!

Greatest place to stay in Montreal

I stayed here in November/December for 7 nights. The place has a character, very clean, centrally located and the staff was amazing. Turgay, the general manager and his team are very friendly, attentive and professional. Ask them for anything and they will make it happen. I stayed at Suite#5 on the second floor, it had everything I could ask for: nicely decorated, clean and spacious, 2 big screen TVs, a very clean kitchen, nice bathroom, a work desk and view of the Cross on the Mont Royal. This place has become my favorite in Montreal and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

We were looking for a place with charm, walking distance from downtown and with parking. This place is a taste of the real Montreal. It has only a small number of rooms, all are suites that include a fully equipped kitchen. We had the good fortune of meeting the owner, who showed us more than just the lovely room we stayed in, which included a bedroom and a sitting room. All were neat, clean and well-appointed, right to the paintings on the wall (not prints!). We had dinner on St. Catherine Street, went to Place des Arts, visited the Underground City – all on foot. It is a perfect solution for our escapes to Montreal.

Charming hotel with great staff in perfect location

Could not have had a more perfect stay! Our room had everything we needed and plenty of Montreal character. The bed was lovely to come back to after a long am day of exploring the city, so cozy! The manager and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Walking distance to Downtown and Old Port. Plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Will be staying here again when we come back.

We stayed here for 4 nights in November. Our host was delightful, handling our luggage and helping park our car. Our two-room suite was huge and the beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Best sleep I’ve had in years! Housekeeping was awesome and everything was spotless. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants and stores within an easy few minutes walk, and we had fun trying out the various eateries. In short, we felt totally at home here and would definitely stay again.
