Fabulous friendly service
Stayed here for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised! Super clean and spacious 2-bedroom apartment which was walking distance to a supermarket and other shops. The reception staff were wonderful and friendly, going out of their way to meet our needs. Highly recomended!
Fantastic accommodation
Can't rate the Monterey high enough. Fantastic facilities and very friendly staff. Rooms are enormous and the bathroom facilities are brilliant. Close to everything you need.Do yourself a favour and book here.
The place to stay when in Moranbah
Apartment was well equipped, very clean. Check in was quick and pleasant with the receptionist. Very handy to an assortment of popular food chains and the local shopping complex. Area was quiet. Would highly recommend.

I spent 2 nights here on business and was very happy with this accommodation. It's in a really great spot, my room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living area. Plenty of free undercover parking. The check-in lady was fantastic, so helpful and happy. I'll stay here again.
Very helpful staff
Staff are friendly and very conscious of Covid 19. They could not be any more helpful. I was in a a apartment and was very clean. The microwave is getting little old is the only complaint i could think about. Well located near Coles and other shops which is helpful if you are concerned about Covid 19, you can do all your own cooking (Good amenities) and isolate while doing business.
