Sadly we had the misfortune of having to stay at this hell hole for one night. We tried calling to make the reservation and no one ever picked up the phone, once I arrived I understand why. Apparently the phone doesn't work, the printer didn't work, the key punch to make the room keys didn't work. Now to the room, when you turned on the light the microwave came on, the tv was taped in place so the screen wouldn't fall down, the bedding was dirty, there was mold in the tub. BUT: worst of all to flush the toilet you had to take off the tank cover and manually pull the plunger. I've been a Redicard member for over 20 years and this was THE WORST RR I've stayed in. Just gross.

for the price that was paid there really is no major complaints. saw no signs of previous commentators claims of bugs, mold or missing items like towels and soaps if i would need to state my worst complaint, it would have to be that the paint around the bath fan was missing/fell off, however the bath fan looked brand new. leaving to suspect that they replaced the fan and got it working and forgot to come back and caulk/ paint where the old fan was that the new fan did not cover . with discounts, time of booking and room needs saw a bill that equals out to just over $55 a night, upon check in they did a break down per night with one of the nights a higher rate as it was a weekend (understandable) VERY nice staff. always attentive showed respect and willing able and happy to help. very happy with stay impressed with pet policy, wifi, vending machine options and pool. due to covid it is understandable about pool hours and breakfast service. grounds and building NEED updates. Saw some very promising updates including new bathroom fixtures and flooring, wall mounted flat screen hd tv, new room furniture and flooring. however attention needs to be paid to painting rooms repairing/replacing bathroom fans, replacing dirty and broken lamp shades, removing/fixing broken light switches/ smoke detectors and placements and old lamp placement wiring. fixing chipped/scuffed/peeling paint in rooms and in main hallways, new mattresses and linens. security issue to note. the doors to the both side entrances/ emergency exits/stair way exits DO NOT LOCK and should lock/be openable by key card access only. some spackling compound and paint would go a long way. Please update your hotel website with new pictures. was very pleased to enter the room and find new flooring and furniture.

Awful place to stay

Dirty bedding, dirty floors, no lights where plugged in so we had no lights walking into the room, no tp, no tissues, only had the small floor towels... There was a cockroach in the bathtub. Seriously was an awful place and the lady didn't want to do anything about it.

Stay Somewhere Else

Rooms are terrible. Walls are beat up. Rented two joining rooms. First room, was not cleaned, not towels, no nothing. Bed was not even made from previous guest. Other room no AC, walls beat up. No WIFI in either room. 2nd room, cleaner, TV remote, AC and WIFI didn't work. Moved to two more rooms. Finally a descent room to lay down. Ceramic tile falling off, mold lines in bath tube beyond bad. tub didn't drain very good.

Drugs Left in Nasty Room

There were visible stains on the comforter. The shower tile had black mold all over than had been partially covered up by spreading caulk all over it. The Smoke Detector was missing and the wires were hanging out of the hole in the wall. The air conditioner fan sounded like it was hitting a dead animal as it turned. That's not even the best part. I went to put something in the bed side table and there was a whole marijuana kit in a plastic bag complete with glass pipe and a fair amount of weed and possibly some other substance. Management wasn't concerned, said they would get it back to the person. If you value your health and don't want to get arrested for drugs bypass this stop.
