Level of noise is unbearable
Stayed in this Hotel 2 nights as part of a Gate 1 tour. Hotel is good located, very clean, rooms are well appointed , a lot of big windows with great views. But noise is unbearable. Up to 3-4 in the morning music is playing from different directions. Maybe good for young people who are partied up to 4-6 in the morning. Shame on Gate 1 for choosing this Hotel for older travelers!!!
Great location so so hotel
While traveling with our group we spent 2 nights here. Very noisy front facing street room. Noise level at least until midnight. Very poor ventilation system with no cooling whatsoever. We had to open door to our room to get cool air from hallway into our room. Small room & bathroom. Great little bar restaurant downstairs. 1 small elevator to service entire hotel. Staff very accommodating.
Excellent
Hotel is very well located making it easy to walk to many attractions. Very clean throughout. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Restaurant in the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Amazing!!
Wow, where do I start. We planned a night in Morelia last second and a family member recommended this place. They had a great recommendation! It’s a block away from the cathedral area and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! It was an old Spanish house which if I won the lottery this is what I would want my house to look like. The staff is awesome. I would never hesitate to recommend this great hotel.
Best Place and best service
One of the good hotel in the City, nice, confortable and very friendly crowd, feel like family. We arrived very early, and the time to got the room is 3:00 pm But the person is in reception, gave the room, doesn’t matter the time, for me was awesome. Definitivamente next tine I will reserve with them again, and I recommend to everybody.
