Located just across the Tarascas Fountain, this boutique hotel has a lot of potential to be a great one, but it falls short in service and amenities. Offered breakfast is plain, and service is not good. Staff (except Don Vicente) is really not eager to help, and they do not seem to care of you are being attended right (which is really what you would expect in a boutique hotel). Also rooms lack of amenities, as well as the linens are “tired”. But it is really well located within 3/4 of a mile of Morelia’s cathedral, and with a very traditional mexican design with contemporary Architecture.

Casa Madero is all first class, tucked away on a quiet street near the ancient viaduct, but close enough to all the sights in the center of town. The breakfast is over the top with fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries. Staff is congenial and helpful. Ancient stone and old wooden beams designed within sleek elegance, and did I mention the bed? Three nights straight we slept in rare blissful quiet in soft comfortable bedding and pillows. We’ll be back!

This is a very beautiful hotel, 3 kinds of room, Suite. Very small no door at bathroom, no closet Jr. Suite. A little bigger than the suite, it does have closet, and bathroom door. Rooms has a nespresso machine with 2 courtesy capsules, water, etc Bed, THE MOST delicious bed i have ever slept, Pillows are very good, The Staff is very kind, ask for GABY, at the front desk, she is the one. The food, the “included breakfast” was delicious, all food was excellent, congratulations for that. BAD THINGS (sorry!) WIFI, I was at the room 107, and I never had internet, I DID have WIFI connection but I never could acces to the internet, The phone signal is poor due to the walls No parking lot Small hotel

Its truly a shame! Great location, great place BUT has a Karaoke bar just accross the Street, and while staff was eager to say "its a Street view" -which didn´t seem a problem UNTIL the karaoke bar opened.... a nightmare till 5 am. AND THEN the next door guest woke up at 7 am and you could hear EVERYTHING from the shower running, to their wake up call. When we reported this to hotel staff they seemed apologetic and just said "sorry come back another time and we will make sure you get a better room" that was all. So I will not return. Great place great location, but a karaoke bar accross is not a good idea if you plan on sleeping through the night...

Stayed in room 106 from Thursday, April 27, 2017 until Saturday, April 29, 2017 and it could have not been a better experience for me and my partner. Everyone in their staff from reception to the butlers gave exceptional service. I got there first on Thursday and not only had I forgotten my allergy pills back home, but I was sick when I arrived.Out of nowhere and after asking for the nearest pharmacy, someone from the staff offered to walk with me to the nearest one. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the gesture and I took him on his offer. It was truly a pleasure to be there and feel so pampered. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful service.
