Not what I came here for
Don´t bring anything valuable, I did and when we got to the room and started to put our things away we noticed that the hotel staff did not reset the safe, when I went to ask the front desk for help they could not reset the safe and said the manager was gone for the day. Obviosly I didn't come to Morelia to stay in my room so I asked them to call that person and they said that they are sorry and that hopefully the person would want to come back but it was not likely. I've had stuff stolen at a hotel before so I was not about to leave my stuff in the room without making sure it was as safe as possible so I am sitting in my room on my first night here because of a mistake from the staff.
Pequeño Ubicado Cómoda Habitación
El hotel es pequeño y bien ubicado. El servicio es amable y eficaz. La habitación que me dieron es amplia, limpia, funcional y muy cómoda. Buen Wifi, rico desayuno incluido, caja fuerte, regadera caliente y con presión, todo muy bien. La única “área de oportunidad” es la T.V. Antigua, cubica y pequeña, para museo.

Выбирали отель по отзывам о качестве wi-fi в Букинге. Бронировали номер с кухней через собственный сайт отеля, это оказалось гораздо выгоднее, чем через Букинг. Номер огромный: спальня с окном, выходящим на улицу, и кухня-зал с диваном, столом, кухонным блоком и окошком (205). Антенна wi-fi висела в зале над столом. Превосходное верхнее освещение. В номере есть всё необходимое: сейф, утюг и гладильная доска, фен, холодильник, микроволновка, даже плита. Посуды нет, но по нашей просьбе нам принесли кружки, кастрюлю и кофеварку. Персонал очень отзывчивый и любезный. Кровать удобная, улица небольшая и тихая, сон был спокойный. На 3-м этаже есть небольшой тренажерный зал. Есть лифт. В цену номера включен завтрак: кофе или чай, натуральный сок, фрукты, на горячее мы брали яичницу с ветчиной. Милая девушка запомнила наши предпочтения :) Мягкая мебель и телевизор старые, но ванная комната очень новая и чистая, белье белоснежное, уборка качественная. Отель расположен очень удобно -- на спокойной улице параллельной главной, между историческим центром с его кафедральным собором, и акведуком с церковью Гваделупы (минут 10-15 пешком). На главной улице -- буквально в 100 метрах от отеля -- есть магазин OXXO и отличная пиццерия Little Caesars, качество не хуже, чем в Пицце Домино, открыта до 22 часов.
Sin descanso
Estuve hospedado en fin de semana, El hotel es regular sin nada que sobre salga, aunque le falta mantenimiento en algunas partes, pero eso se puede pasar por alto hasta la hora de dormir cuando llegas y quieres descansar, es en ese momento en el que se escuchar la música de un antro que esta enfrente y cuesta trabajo dormir, se que no es culpa del hotel, pero uno cuando llega a su cuarto es a descansar y con la música es un poco difícil, me toco una habitación que da hacia la calle, no se si en los demás cuartos que no dan a la calle tengan el mismo detalle con la música.
Un lugar en el olvido!!
Desde que llegamos las instalaciones se notan con poco mantenimiento o casi nulo, el lugar ya se ve antiguo. La amabilidad con la que te reciben es un poco deficiente. Los servicios de WiFi no son lo mejor.
