The issues with this hotel were almost comical, had it not been so sad and frustrating! 1-upon checking in, we discovered that our bathroom had not been cleaned, although the beds were made and the trashes emptied. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, hair clippings ALL over the bathroom counter (see pic) 2-the pool was un-usable! Water was so cloudy, you couldn’t see into the pool at all. 3-bathtub did not drain, which makes for a super pleasant experience when standing in shin deep water & the fact that the bathroom wasn’t clean made me wonder if I was standing in my own dirty water or the remnants of a past guest - EW!! 4-breakfast was a complete joke, each day the choices were different, but literally 1-2 things to choose from….waffles or toast 1 day, yogurt or muffins 1 day, etc. no coffee 1 morning! 5-broken ice machine on a 100 degree day 6-broken elevated on the day we were checking out-super fun to carry our belongings down the stairs! Also, just a suggestion-maybe don’t place the coffee maker directly next to the toilet! That’s just disgusting!

Comfortable room but bad breakfast
Reviewed 20 may, 2022
The room was comfortable and quiet and mostly clean (a few hairs in the bathroom). The breakfast was very disappointing, however - no healthy options, just sugary and/or fatty, processed foods. Mostly refined carbohydrates, no protein. No fresh fruit. Healthiest thing I could find was yogurt, but even that is high in sugar.

Quality Staff but accommodations need a bit of work
Reviewed 15 april, 2022
The front desk staff was friendly and professional, these are five star people. The room however did not meet expectations. A bit of detail cleanup is needed from the lampshade dotted with food from a previous guest to a dirty mirror and rust stained sink drain, stained bed throw. The walls unfortunately had visible patch jobs where hand sized holes once were. A water stain lines the ceiling. Bathroom hook broken. Sink aeration broken, sensitive toilet flush. Lastly, the noise from water running in other guests bathroom showers can wake you from your sleep on the comfy bed. For the price it was not a good value. Again, the front desk staff are great and if the rooms can be spruced up it would be a gem.

Good night stay
Reviewed 24 november, 2021
Stayed overnight on Monday, Nov 22nd. We needed two rooms. The king room costs a little more but he gave my son the price if 2 queens. The beds were comfortable. Not Firm or lumpy. The mattresses aren't 2 feet high from the floor so it was a nice surprise. The room was clean. Our room was on the I-80 side but didn't hear the traffic. Breakfast was packaged sausage/egg/cheese croissants to be microwaved, cereal, waffles, bread, little muffins. Would stay here again.

Not Up To Any Standards
Reviewed 24 august, 2021
We stayed here one night on our way back west. If you are pulling any type of trailer or have anything big and want to stay in a hotel for one night go on down the road as this is not the place. Parking for anything besides a car is in the adult book store parking lot next door or in the back of the restaurant next door. When I arrived to check-in I waited a good 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk because the sign said they were "off helping another quest". Once there the clerk was not very efficient and gave us two keys that did not work for the back entry door or the room so I had to go back and wait at the desk for a second time. The bed in the room was horrible. Soft and lumpy. The hotel was not that quiet with kids running down the halls and loud people talking in the halls at 1 am. While this is branded as a Comfort Inn it clearly is an older motel renovated and rebranded. Thin walls and loud halls. If your goom is on the ground floor next to the restaurant keep the curtains closed and the view into the room is very good for the restaurant patrons. Breakfast is to take a breakfast sandwich and heat it in the microwave or grab a couple of prepackaged muffins. While typical of this Covid era, the staff didn't have enough out for the guest waiting. Definitely a place to avoid on our next trip.
