The staff was friendly. But I found it off the man sent the woman to check out room and she was gone 15 minutes came back and said it looked great. Then we went to our room which was literally a door away which I thought was strange cause she was gone so long and the sheets were wrinkled from someone sleeping on them the night before and the covers had lipstick on them. And looked like they had just been thrown on. Then the bathroom just looked dirty and had a pile of dirt behind it. The room didn’t smell or look clean. I spent an hour spraying everything with Lysol and wiping with sanitizer wipes cause my elderly father was with me and he was tired and didn’t wanna travel any farther. I’ve stayed in worse places and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I just feel like with Covid and things cleanliness should be a top priority. Also the beds were so hard I felt like I slept on a board. I’m hoping with renovations that are going on they will fix all these things and realize cleanliness should come first! Also When we first arrived around 7pm there was a minivan and a car with younger people in the parking lot with local county tags playing loud music, yelling, and smoking pot. They were still there at 10pm and 1am when I had to go out to my vehicle. They were just partying it up other guests were complaining as well that they felt scared to go out alone. I feel like the staff should’ve asked them to leave.

Horrible. Years of neglect. Toilet wasn't cleaned. Shower wall I scratched an X in the build up. Mold on ceiling. Mold around fixtures. Spider web in corner. When there after four days on Appalachian Trail, was slightly clearer than the forest. Next door a night club, so no sleep under the stained blanket. For 5 bucks more you can stay next door which ain't the Ritz, but is clean. Lady at front desk was way too nice for this pit. Imagine Dolly Parton working at the Bates Motel. Only put 5 stars so the computer would put it at top of listing.

The property was under renovation when we stayed there, so the hallways were full of construction debris. But it seemed to be improving with the progress of work. The rooms were ok. Ritz-Carlton it isn't but not too bad for the money. The staff were attentive.
Good night's rest.

An overnight stay, while driving on vacation Very pleasant, and courteous employees. An enjoyable stay. Good relaxation, for next's days drive. Very nice Cracker Barrel restaurant nearby. Would stay again, if in area.
Pay a few dollars more to stay somewhere else

Towels and washcloths were horribly stained. Holes and tears were in the sheets and towels. Bedspread might as well have been another sheet and didn't provide warmth. The pillows had seen better days. Staff were friendly.
