the pizza box voyeur
the general manager is not customer service oriented. i do not have two hundred words to say but whaever you do do not leave a pizza boxanywhere outside your room or on a table because you are being watched on camera and the general manager will call you on the phone and tell you not to leave a mess homeless people do sneak in and sleep in the stairwell and the computer room. i was referred by the manager as 231. not a good value for the price.
Great stay
Me and my friends stayed two days at this place. It’s best place to stay in Atlanta near Airport. Hotel looks new and good condition. Rooms are clean with TV, refrigerator, microwave and other more servers. The manager lady she was very good with her service at desk. She was very helpful. Thanks again.
Quick stop on way to Florida
We stopped through for an overnight on our way to Florida. This hotel would have been rated higher but the room needed a good general cleaning. The carpet was filthy. My husband and I had to take allergy medication. On a brighter note the area was good with many restaurants nearby. Susan at front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast choices were good.
Good value, outstanding staff
The staff, to a person, were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Truly outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the room had every amenity we could want. Nice cable selection. The breakfast looked delicious (waffles, eggs, sausage, everything else you could think of) but we were not able to stop for it unfortunately, just grabbed a couple pieces of fruit to take to the airport. The hotel is showing its age; a fair number of dings and dents, worn finishes, etc. But overall good value and a pleasant place to stay.
Truck parking available
The rooms are big and well equipped. It is very quiet with a well lit parking area. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was a very nice stay with very friendly staff that always had a smile and a greeting.
