A day In Moscow
The location was bang-on near to the hot spots of Moscow. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The hotel took care of our requirements. On one occasion housekeeping service was late rest all good. It's in the middle of Moscow I guess.
American in Moscow - Great hotel and location
Stayed on two sets of nights in one week for two nights each stay. The check-in process was seamless and the staff was friendly and spoke great English. I had breakfast on all days that I stayed and the food was excellent, plentiful, and varied. There was something for everyone and the price was outstanding. The room was very comfortable, quiet (and I was on the main street side, in front of the hotel), and the bathroom clean, spacious, and a great shower. The only minor complaint was that Moscow was having a bit of a warm spell and I had to cut off the heat as it was getting too warm to sleep, but the window was able to be opened, which made it comfortable, but a little noisier, but really not bad at all. I would highly recommend this hotel for any American traveler, or any traveler. You will not be disappointed.
Great place
We stayed in this hotel for five nights, when we came to exhibit in the Moscow dive show in Sokolniki convention center! It’s about 15 minutes walk to the exhibition center! The rooms are big and comfortable! Breakfast is good and the staffs are very friendly! Thank you and if we come again, will stay here👌
Modern Hi-tech hotel
I like this a-la sky-scraper hotel with the standard comfortable rooms and a wonderful restaurant with a splendid panorama on Moscow Sokolniki park. The restaurant dishes choice and prices are likely appropriate even for Moscow citizens.
Super hotel for a family
We spent 5 nights at this hotel in December. We found the room comfortable and well maintained. Nice beds and bedding. Good shower and bath in our room which was massive. We had a giant tv in our room which helps with 2 kids. The gym facilities were excellent... good selection of machines, free weights, pool, sauna. We especially enjoyed breakfast which was in a beautiful breakfast room, really nice food and very attentive staff. Particularly appreciated that once we had been for one day the waiting staff knew which coffee we had and brought it without us even asking: a lovely personal touch and I hope the holiday inn management appreciate their excellent waiting team on the breakfast shift. We certainly did! The location is literally across the road from Sokolniki metro stop and from there it's about ten minutes to the red square metro stops ... no need to change line. There's also Sokolniki park which is a short walk directly behind the metro: really nice park with ice skating etc. This hotel is a giant but don't let it put you off: in our view it's a good location and a hotel where they've got things right! Well done on this one holiday inn!
