Hotel "Pallada"

A perfect hotel situated very near to the train station. Stayed here two night. For those having diffulties, please use google translate when reach there. The receptionist there wont talk english. You have to translate in your phone. Otherwise for your money its really worth. Summore the receptionist are really friendly.

Nothing extremely nice on this hotel but it is a very clean one, spacious rooms and a very good service. Food is quite good Personel is russian way friendly, made feel comfortable Location is specially good for those who want some moscow sightaseeing.

I did not expect much, so it was a rather nice surprise. The rooms are big, efficiently equipped and clean, each having its own bathroom. I appreciated there was a telephone set (the use of the telephone is totally free, but only within the confines of Moscow's lines) in the room as well as a hairdryer. Though only about 700 meters from Metro, the place is quiet. Wi-Fi is free and works properly. Breakfast is served in a spacious room. I also liked that on checking out the receptionist offered to care of my bag if I had business to do before I left Moscow. All in all, the hotel is ideal for those who look for cheap but decent accommodation and do not plan to spend much time in the hotel.

Hotel was reccommeded by a friend. However, despite attempts by e-mail, filling-in the web application and calling, no response was received. Calling during business hours repeated resulted in being placed on hold and quickly disconnected. Non-business hours resulted in no answer. Doubt anyone speaks English and seriously question wanting to stay in a hotel where phone calls can not get through.

В ноябре по работе была в Москве, останавливалась в этом отеле. В целом не плохо, уютно. В номере есть все необходимое. Порадовало то, что близко от метро, для меня это важно, плохо ориентируюсь в Москве.
