More about the hotel
Great location, fabulous staff
I don't normally write reviews but Anna from the reception desk went out of her way to help me book train tickets. Not easy to do on train websites especially with all the language difficulties but luckily she spent a very long time helping me with all the details required before printing my tickets. I also had problems paying for the taxi from the airport to the hotel but again the reception staff were so helpful. Location of hotel is very good.
Key Element hotel
I went to Moscow jul 2019 and stay 3 nights in Key Element. The location is in walking distance from Metro Arabatskaya, it is very easy to find , there are a good coffee and bar near by. To Kremlin also not too far. Room size is ok , we stay 3 persons , 1 queen bed and sofa bed
excellent experience
The location is very convenient, only 10 minutes walk to get the main square. Staff are friendly and ready to help with baggage. Free water dispenser on every floor. Room was clean. Many 24 hours shops around the hotel. Simply a good experience .
What you pay is what you get
Stayed in September for 7 nights. Good things: 1. Very close to the Red Square (5-10 minutes walk). 2. The prices were fair relative to the location (Center of Moscow). 3. Breakfast served in the room, very nice and satisfying. 4. The room and shower were clean. 5. TV is available to pass time. 6. The service and receptionists were very nice and helpful. Things to improve: 1. There is no elevator, and no bellboy to help you. (If you have a lot of luggage could be a problem) 2. The room was very small (depends on the room), no place to open your normal size suitcase. 3. The shower is small, there is a 25 cm step as go in. 4. Any use of water in the shower room (Shower/Toilet) makes very loud noises, can wake up you partner. To Summarize: The hotel has good and things to improve. If you are not to spend your time in the hotel besides hot shower and sleep and not more few days, its a good place for the price. The location and relatively low price compensates all the disadvantages.
Nice hotel, amazing location
We stayed here for the World Cup. The rooms are clean and functional and there are plenty of staff on duty 24 hours a day. It has a fabulous location - literally 5 mins from Red Square with a great pub opposite. If you want to spend time in the middle of Moscow in a really smart area, then this hotel ticks all the boxes....
