To be honest, for the first time... For the first time at a hotel claiming to be a good one, I meet such bud service and the not hospitality of staff. 🤨 The location is very good for accessibility to all tourist attractions. Also in the room are many outlets. The positive is over. 😞In connection with the early arrival, we asked the Hotel for an early booking and prepare a room for a fee, so that we could rest from the road and... Not only were there no rooms on the way from the Airport, so the reception staff absolutely forgot about our arrival. 😱 We stopped to relax in another, younger hotel and arrived at this hotel la Maison residence by 2 p.m. A room with a side view was waiting for us. The girl from the reception was not happy for us.))) But God be with her. As a result, these are the problems of the head of the Hotel. For my part, I’ll lower the hotel’s score for this. The room is 🥶 cold, the blankets are small, the plumbing doesn’t work correctly, your room, when you are gone, will be visited by staff, breakfasts are not tasty... Unfortunately guys, choose another hotel✊🏻🤨 The benefit of hotels in the center is full, really.
Stylish Hotel in a great location
I recommend this stylish Bijou hotel for its location, its excellent amenities and for its friendly, helpful staff prepared to go beyond the call of Duty. At check in Maggie was really welcoming and subsequently extremely patient with my many questions and even helped me solve and overcome a problem. It was really comfortable, clean and quiet. An excellent establishment in a great location.

Я бронировал этот отель в сентябре 2020. Гостиница сразу же сняла 100% средств как предоплату. Не зарезервировали а сняли. В начале октября отменил Бронирование заблаговременно без штрафов. Запросил когда вернут предоплату. Ответ был через 30 дней. Но по прошествии этого времени ни денег, ни объяснений или сроков погашения долга. В результате переписки booking вернул мне все деньги из своих средств. Мне наука, остальным предупреждение. ООО “Резиденция Столешников» - оператор гостиницы La Maison Résidence ИНН 9710054286, директор Царьков - это микропредприятие с одним трудоустроенным сотрудником. Иски на сегодняшний день превышают сумму налогов за 2019.

Не очень отель,плохая оценка только за то что над ними фитнесс центр, и если вт вдруг захотите поспать или днем отдохнуть,но на ваш потолок будут падать штанги и вы как у себя в номере услышите беговые дорожки... в общем это не выносимо громко... впечатления ужасное.

Man kann nicht umhin, das bestens gelegene, gut geführte und wohnlich gestaltete Hotel, das im dritten Stock eines Mietshauses liegt, lauthals zu empfehlen. Lauthals ist allerdings auch die einzige Einschränkung auszusprechen, die unumgänglich ist. Die umliegenden Nightclubs und die motorisierten Schreihälse ihrer Kundschaft bilden eine Geräuschkulisse, die vor 4 Uhr morgens nur ertragen mag, wer die Ohren verstopft hat. Der Einbau schalldichter Fenster ist eine zwingende Notwendigkeit. Danach ist die Wiederkehr beschlossene Sache. Zu gerne möchte man erneut die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Rezeption geniessen können. Gherardino
