There are bed bugs in the hotel???
My legs and arms are bitten by bed bugs. I have pictures!!! And it was only one night s and the hotel. Disgusting!!!! Also my 9 years daughter was also bitten by bed bugs!!!!! It was the family stay at this hotel. Hyatt at Mount Laurel is the worst hotel i have ever saw!!!!! Very disappointed.
Constant humming noise - NO SLEEP
Overnight stay for my kids lacrosse tournament. Realized too late after tv shut off and kids asleep that there was a constant noise from bathroom .. Kids slept through it but I didnt. Otherwise clean rooms and COVID friendly .. If occasion arose I would check everything sooner.
Safe-Clean-Convenient-Courteous- A Great Experience
This is such a nice hotel. The staff was courteous and so very helpful. Our grab & go breakfast was there and waiting for us as requested. The room was clean and spacious. An all around very nice experience. 5 stars!!!
What you expect from Hyatt
Everything was excellent as I always expect from Hyatt hotels. I slept great - I love the pillows. Even though I was near the elevator, it was very quiet. The hotel dealt nicely with the contactless breakfast options.
Wonderful stay at Hyatt Place
I usually don’t review on trip advisor but this stay was one of the best. First checkin with Nikki was great she recognized me as a globalist and gave me a great room. She is one of the nicest hotel employees I have met. Tissues provided to access hotel elevator buttons. Wow! Hand sanitizer was provided on each floor and unlike other hotels it wasn’t empty :). Room was super clean and housekeeping staff was super friendly. Tim always had breakfast ready on time at 7am in the morning and it was still hot. I would also like to add one morning I saw a guest with no mask cursing and berating Tim because he wouldn’t sell him alcohol at 7am. Tim dealt with this in a kind and professional manner and although the guest wasn’t happy he was able to diffuse the situation in a professional manner. We as travelers forget how many difficult people there are to deal with. Thanks Everybody at Hyatt Place still retaining your grace and professionalism at this difficult time (covid). Can’t wait to stay here again. -Mark B
