Stayed in the third floor corner room facing the parking with one bedroom suite and it was comfortable and quiet. Bring your pets!!! the pet fre was reasonable enough for 3 nights dtsy. Noy overcharching. Breakfast have varieties of meat, bread, breakfast cereal and omelette was good. Ask the the chef!!!!

Modern Hotel that Exceeded My Expectations (Great Price)

Great modern hotel with a friendly staff. Dominique and Angel took care of me like I was a family member during my entire 2 week stay. The breakfast was above average with a chef cooking omelets on demand and a variety of choices for the buffet line daily (all for free). Walmart, restaurants and fast food are close by and plenty of free self parking. I highly recommend this hotel for business or family stays.

Worst Hotel Experience ever

The hotel has nothing to offer with only plus point being near Charleston. This hotel has the utmost rude staff who wont stop at misbehaving. They will lock you out at night causing inconvenience. We are not their friends , we are paying guests and Hyatt should take a note of this. DONT STAY at this hotel even if they offer a discount

I can say that this hotel has the best customer service that I have experienced. The staff is exceptional. The room exceeded my expectation and the location is great. I strongly reccomend Hyatt House Mt Pleasant, SC.

First time staying at this location. The staff was wonderful, the rooms we very clean and nice, the location is excellent to many sites to visit. I would stay here again on my next visit. They allow pets and that was a big plus for me
