Probably will stay somewhere else on my next work trip

I stayed here for a week on a work trip to Google. The room itself was perfectly fine fine for an Aloft but there just a couple service misses through the week. 1. I requested an item through the app and sent a message only to never get a response. I understand not ever hotel uses the app as much, but if it’s there you shouldn’t just leave a guest waiting. 2. The shampoo/conditioner is in full size bottles attached to the wall which is environmentally friendly. Unfortunately when I got in the shower thought them first morning the conditioner and body wash were empty. I called the front desk and they said housekeeping would send one up later. Considering it’s the morning, some more urgency would have been appreciated. 3. The wifi barely connected in my room with a very weak signal. Would highly recommend not staying here if you might have to work in your room. Despite the above issues, the room itself was okay and I liked the location so I’d give it a 3/5.
Terrible customer service after the stay

The stay was ok. The hotel charged me $38 (total $41.88) on the bill called “Room Revenue” , which seemed to be a mistake since I used points and did not have any charge for the room. Now the terrible experience began - I call the hotel. First time, they said they will take a look and call me ASAP. They never did. 4 days later, I called again, they said they did not know what went wrong and will let their manager call back ASAP. They never did. I called for the third time, they tried to convince me it is a hold on credit, which it clearly was not as it was charged and showed as a charge on hotel bill. Then they once again can not explain it and said they will transfer to their manager. Then I waited on the line until they hung up on me. This is a ridiculous experience for me to get back my money being charged for no reasons. It is no longer worth it but why I am paying $41.88 total for no reasons? BTW I am a platinum member at Marriott yet getting this type of treatment.

Good experience overall for the price. Overall a good hotel for business in the mountain view area. Service was good, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was nice and the bar area was pleasant. Only minor issue was on two occasions on a 12 night stay my room was not cleaned and I think the cleaners could of done a slightly more through job. At times there was rubbish left in my trash can. I would stay again as overall in the location it’s better than most.

I paid in full (on Priceline) for two separate reservation. Dated 10/05/2021-10/07/2021 and 10/072021-10/08/2021. I paid two separate incidental fees and have since checked out. However, none of my funds have returned to my account. I am beginning to feel that the management at said property is RACIST; and are purposely sabotaging my children and I. Why? On a recorded conversation with said property, I was told by miss Betsy it takes twenty-four to seventy-two hours for my funds to be released. Prior to informing me of said policy, I was placed on hold for an extremely long amount of time. It has been almost one week and we still do NOT have our money.

Stayed one night for a pitbull concert. Room was starker than I like although comfortable. No glasses in room, only 2 paper cups for coffee. One small bar of soap to share between sink and shower. No wash cloths. I asked housekeeper for some and she said they don't have any. What???? Felt like they cheapened out on everything. No breakfast included and no microwave or frig in room. Not sure we would stay in one again.
