terrific room and staff
We were greeted with a smile, had an amazing room. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. The room was HUGE! Breakfast attendant was so helpful and the selection was great for this being during a pandemic. Everything was perfect for 2 best friends on a road trip!
Enjoyed very much!
This is the second time I've stayed here and it was an enjoyable stay even though this was for business. The front desk people at night are very pleasant and helpful. Reservations was not helpful -- they messed up my reservation at least once, so you may want to call the 800 number rather than reserve right at the Comfort Inn. However, they have a great swimming pool, and they still have bathtubs. Many chains are getting rid of both, so I was happy to have them. Sometimes the prices here are very high but during Feb, they were quite reasonable. I would recommend that the motel do something about replacing the torn inner drapes, and please add some fruit salad to the breakfast so that there are more healthy options. It would also helpful, as other chains have done, to be able to get hot chocolate, tea, and coffee 24/7 at the lobby or dining area. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
Decent hotel but...
Had a really nice stay at this place except for the final 2 days. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Its quiet except if your room is next to a loud air conditioning unit or an entry way in the back and people goes in and out at 4am. The male staff during the morning and evening shifts were very pleasant and have great customer service. Even went way above and beyond switching our rooms when we complained about the noise level on the first room they gave us. Somehow, we experience negative reception from women at the front desk. When asking to fix our demagnetized key card, the lady at the front desk grudgingly asked me if I have an ID and I replied yes I do. It was the way that she asked me that was not very friendly. I let it go. Then the following day on Oct 30th, my husband asked a different older lady at the front desk if we can do a late check out since I had to do an unexpected work conference. We asked if we can check out at 2pm instead of 12pm. The lady was not very accommodating, she said the latest we can check out is 12:30pm. We complied, when we asked to use the office, she said someone was in there so we can't use it. When we peaked, there was nobody in the office and asked again that we use it. She begrudgingly let us in. These women need better training in good customer service really bad.
pleasant experience
The hotel is conveniently located. the room was nicely decorated . it also was a large, comfortable room, There was a very good breakfast. It was reasonably priced. The room was very clean and it had a small refrigerator and coffee machine.
Whats expected
Its a good hotel, where you get what you could expect of a chain like this. Details as the rugs conditions and noise control are not as well handled. The best of all is the personal attitude. The parking is fine and there are restaurant options that you could go walking.
