place is very good and people is very helpful. I recommend to everyone. I stay here one night before going to the north of Changmai. Frist arrvial and meet the staff at the checkin( staff standby 24hours), all welcome sentances and explaination especially for the washing machine and oven, the shop is very close to the hotel by walk around 5 minute.

Pros: location was great as it is a walking distance to restaurants, night markets. Fuss free checking in and out Cons: A little hard to find initially, very limited parking space, no lifts unless you are good with climbing 3 floors up

I've stay for 2 days for family room, toilet was not clean,very small, and view was not so good, people from opposite building can see us so we couldn't open the window and shut the curtain all day. the security is not good, anyone can go inside.

Very convenience with a good location and have many attaction to go . very comfortabel but have limited for car part . Have some noise for day time but it is ok . To many restaurant all around so no need to eat breakfast at this place.

Small room and free space area in a room for 4 people, room cleaned very good, front reception smile and friendly good information in Chiangmai province , hotel good location not far from nimmanhaemin roads.
