I stayed 6 nights at the hotel Deluxe Double Room. Chose this hotel to explore the areas around hotel vicinity: chinatown, Warorot market, Mueang Mai Market, the old city. It is also walking distance to many eateries around that area. the hotel room is big, clean. all the basic amenities are provided. i would like to compliment the front service staff Tarat, who is always cheerful and has been so helpful to me by explaining to the GrabDriver the destination that i was planning to go to. Her warmth welcome to me on my first day of arrival makes my day.

Brilliant Good customer service, very good rooms and a more than adequate breakfast Enjoyed staying at the DARLEY Hotel, actually we stayed longer than we planned as we has business in Chiang Mai to complete so stayed on. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, the beds are firm but fine for me with a bad back, I hate the marshmallow type mattress anyway so I enjoyed the bed. The food offers adequate choice of Asian and Western options and I had no problem with either. The hotel is actually two buildings with a private road between them servicing the car park to the rear Having a car park is a big bonus as many hotels don’t have them. I will stay here again next time I am back in Chiang Mai

My wife and I stayed here recently for 22 nights and really enjoyed our time at the Darley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms looked just like the pictures and were always very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep every night. The daily breakfast provides a varied selection of food that is really tasty. For breakfast there is also an outside eating area for some nice early morning fresh air. The location is close to the US consulate (5 min) and Chinatown (5 min) but you can get anywhere easily in Chiang Mai from the hotel using a Grab car or Songtaew (Red Pick Up Truck Taxi). There is a Tesco/Lotus Express a 2 minute walk from there to get many small grocery items or use the ATM (the hotel room has a small fridge) and a Shabu restaurant next door to it. I had lost my phone in a Grab car and the staff at the front desk immediately started to help us get in contact with the Grab support, 15 minutes later my phone was back at the hotel. (thank you Jutarat and Tangmo). Honestly can't think of anything I would change and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Chiang Mai.

Cozy and super clean

The room looks exactly the same like advertising photos. It’s new, clean and cozy. The room comes with the whole set of necessary amenity. I forgot my own toothbrush and had to use the hotel’s one. I swear it’s even softer than my own toothbrush. The location is quite good, near the market, around 5 mins walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I love the design very much, but there’re still a bit of minuses. I stayed 2 nights in premier double room. Both of us kicked the wooden part that hanging out from beneath the sofa while walking around. There’s no proper headboard, only cement wall. Accident could easily happen if someone laying down fast not being careful. And the cage-like design on the wall actually made of wood and it’s fragile. If you accidentally lean on that, you could break it.

A new or renovated hotel just outside the old town of Chiang Mai. Very smooth check-in. There is a parking space at the side of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with a seating area. Breakfast is the only downside for us. In the neighborhood there are plenty of eateries. A good hotel for a quiet stay in Chiang Mai.
