Nice Hotel , Good Staff Poor Management
Over all speaking the hotel is quiet nice and stunning pool. Location is not good as it is outside of the city but not too hard to find it. There are shops nearby but need to walk quiet awhile to get there . My personal honest opinion is that there is no management control in overall resort area. Like there is not enough signage to get her or there and if there is then it is kind of strange. For us on the rainy day was quiet hard to find the resort restaurant while we are at the hotel as there wasn’t any sign or maybe we couldn’t see it ?? In the fitness center which was my main complain the sign for sauna room it says Toilet so imagine you to walk around that area ( which is not a huge area ) and not sure how to find the sauna room so we have tired quiet few toilets and storage room until we realized that sauna and steam rooms are actually in the toilet room which has a separate toilet inside . In the shower , old used shampoo bottle on the floor and the mold were kind of everywhere on the ground and side tiles . Not enough shower gel and shampoos on the container . The shower head was broken and the water hose attached to it was also half way cut. There is no drinking water at all in the area of sauna and steam room while you see there is a sign attached to the wall that tells you must drink plenty of water and it is a first place in life we have seen this that they don’t offer a simple free drinking water that mostly are in a cheap water gallon offered at every hotel in Thailand for free but they want you basically walk half necked in the Spa Reception area to “ BUY WATER “ which was very disappointing. Again , this is all comes from poor management in my opinion as no one perhaps checking on this simple but important issues. I hope the owners or managers can read this that they can improve the hotel a little bit that can benefit the guests and also themselves. Would I recommend this hotel ? Absolutely Yes Would I advise to use the Sauna ? I would think twice before I do that ! Would I eat at the hotel and pay 150 for the food I can get it for 35 bahts walking about 10 minutes ? I think I walk out and get the food at much and much lower price. Not to mentioned that when we eat at the restaurant after walking around to find the entrance we found no one was there and us 2 alone the only customers and while we got our food one of us had to wait almost 10 minutes ( or little less ) to get our food which was Also disappointing.
Nice view and quiet resort in Chiangmai
When I reached there already late evening, and could see nice lightening of the resort and swimming pool. I really enjoyed much the big swimming pool, when I swam here only myself nest day early morning. There is gym with plenty equipment. The room bed is big, facility in room is also good. When having breakfast, I saw some spotted pigeon coming to share the food. Since it is a little bit away from the main street, I feel very quiet, inside the resort, there are plenty plants and looks as big garden. Good resort for relax. Only one thing no perfect is when I reached the Ali Pay system down, I have no choice but use china credit card, even we chinese already get used to the Ali Pay by phone not bank card
Beautiful resort
This is our second time staying here. The resort is more beautiful than before. Staffs were nice and helpful with smiles. Swimming pool with slider was nice and fun. Our room on second floor with pool view was spacious, clean and well designed. Thai food at restaurant was delicious at very reasonable price. Resort atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We had a great time here and will come back again. Recommended
Wonderful, Great stay
We spent 2 nights here and everything was great. Check-in process was smooth by very helpful and attentive staffs. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. It also has spa with sauna and steam room. There are nice fitness with pool view in the hotel. Pool is amazing! large and beautiful. The big slider is great. Taking picture from the rope bridge at center of the resort is pretty good and beautiful. This resort also provide free shuttle to city center. Breakfast was good. Thai food at main restaurant was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.
Great
Hotel was great, absolutely beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful, only issue was that the location was pretty far away from any of chang mais attractions so it was a taxi or a very very long walk in if you stay here. Otherwise I loved this hotel personally one of my favourites on our Thailand trip and I'd suggest it if you don't mind the location p.s I loved the location it was just my girlfriend who goes a bit stir crazy if she isn't amongst the rustle and bustle of a city
