First Time Visit
The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and during stay . Room was clean and in good condition . Another visitor did complain that the hotel advertised hot breakfast , but gave visitors a brown bag for breakfast ; I guess it was the covid result for now . Maybe they also need to change their outside signage to correct this perception . Would stay again .
Nice
It was clean, the staff is kind, walls are thin but that was to be expected. Good stay. Im not sure what else to say but i have to meet a 200 minimum lol but it was comfortable! This is my 3rd time staying
Nice rooms and friendly staff
Stayed here about a week for work and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone driving through or staying in Reading, PA.
Great Hotel Even Better Staff
Didn’t have a single issue here from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Not a single problem with the rooms and the coffee is always fresh, ready, and delicious! The housekeepers do a great job of cleaning and maintaining rooms, the front desk staff also are very caring and diligent in their work.
Great place
This is the best hotel ive stayed at in Reading, Pa... Great hospitality and very flexible with check in times... they also are very well prepared to handle this covid-19 situation.... i recommend anyone to stay here
