Good location Next to the Mukdahan bus terminal Good Thai restaurant across the street 7/11 across the street The woman at the front desk is very kind and friendly. There is food in the restaurant in the evening.

Only thing I didn’t like was they couldn’t get me a Taxie on the morning I needed one so went across the st. To the 7/11 and a nice young girl ph. One for me snitch arived quickly still not sure why they couldn’t get me one ,they may of bean pissed I wanted a taxi so erely in the morn ?

Old style Thai Bus Station Hotel

I arrived at this conveniently located hotel next to the Bus Station on a Yellow Bus at around midnight. The security guard woke the Receptionist who bleary eyed quoted me a walk in rate of 400 B, photo copied my ID and gave me a key. I took the lift to the 5th floor, and opened the door to my room without assistance (I was travelling light, so no problem). The room was big, spacey, clean, and old style. The furniture had seen better days, but the bed was solid - very solid. The bathroom was OK too. Since I had a 5am start, I got to bed early, but was woken often by the sound of a Zapppp, but that was the old sound I heard all night - very quiet hotel. The next morning I saw the culprit of the Zapppppp - a UV mosquito zapper in the corridor... The hotel was fine for a brief stay, especially if dog tired. Some web sites advertise features such as a spa and massage service and an ATM - this hotel does not have those facilities...

I got my trip to Mukdahan city with numerous memories of locals. Receptinonist here is so kind to help me a lot. Some barriers to me in English here (quite remote province from the capital) but I really enjoyed. Thanks a lot!!!!

Lovely inexpensive Hotel

Friendly staff, the room was clean a rather big, A/C was excellent, shower good, fridge, good TV reception, Wi-Fi excellent. There is nothing to dislike about the hotel. The area is not great with the bus station right out side. I can highly recommend this little gem. Also a lovely little restaurant straight across the main road
