I booked this hotel as it was showing 3 star (still don’t know why), I took an hour to discover in middle of night that actually there is no Crawford inn but its ?New Bengal hotel. Very dirty , the rooms are damp and AC gives out fungal smell. I doubt their water in tap has legionella as it was smelling bad; Only good thing thing is their staff , they r really good human beings .

We paid for 3 people but had only 2 single beds!

We booked a room for 3 people for 4 nights. Once we arrived there, there were only 2 beds. We then asked for a third bed, but we succeeded to only have a small mattress on the floor at the corner of the room. a part of the mattress had to be under the TV shelves as there were no space enough for it! The conditions of sleeping were pretty bad. We paid for 3 people in the room, but the mattress sheet was always missing, the floor were dirty and dusty, only 2 towels, so we always had to ask for an extra bed sheet and an extra towel... We asked for a solution, but we had to pay extra charges for a normal bed for the third person!!!!! Also we had a safety locker in the room but it didn't work so we asked for it to be fixed. at the end of our stay, it was still not repaired. The hotel is well located, but the rooms are pretty bad. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I was in the room . 1. asked for chair and table Result - broken leg chair 2. called 55 - they said call 66 and No service 3. On phone all were taking badly Service is very poor never ever go to this hotel.

Dear sir This is regarding room booking at Oyo 12660 Hotel Crawford Inn, Mumbai, India, HTLPG87EU5. The hotel is unclean small and unhygienic The room is small,and has mosquitoes. I am thoroughly disappointed and demand a refund. It has been a very disappointing experience. Goibibo charged Rs 4700 for a night. Its completely exorbitant. Ashis Roy

It may look a bit shady from the outside, but the rooms are pretty neat and clean. You might not find the name Crawford Inn, it was Hotel New Bengal earlier. The breakfast they offer is pretty good, a must have. We enjoyed the daily breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
