As I checked in, I asked if a first floor room was available. I was told there wasn't. When I got to my 2nd floor room, I noticed the tub had black bubbly stuff all over the bottom. I took a picture of it and went back to the front desk. They then proceeded to put me in a 1st floor room. Upon moving my belongings to that room, I noticed the entire floor of the bathroom was wet. They then moved me to yet another 1st floor room. That one seemed fine, until I started to open the fridge. It was slightly ajar which surprised me, but upon opening it, noticed a huge puddle under the fridge on the cabinet surface. I called the front desk and told them I didn't want to move again, but could they come with towels to clean up the huge puddle as I didn't want it to ruin the cabinet or get onto the carpet. They did come and clean it up and things seemed fine then. As I was packing to leave a day later, I noticed the fridge was starting to puddle up again. Not sure what the problem was. Moving to 3 different rooms in 1 stay is a bit ridiculous, especially since I was originally told there were no 1st floor rooms available, but yet they put me in 2 different 1st floor rooms eventually!
wouldn't stay here again

No elevators. No help with luggage up stairs. I got to my room and it was unlocked. And the staff apparently thought it was strange that I wanted someone else to go in before me. Sign on front door says masks required, yet several guests came outside without masks. And staff was not wearing a mask.

The room had a number of broken items, especially lamps and light fixtures. The carpet and sheets felt moist to the touch, and there were small red ants on the bedside tables. The overall condition of the room's maintenance was rough at best. Would never stay here again.

I stay in hotels 3 to 4 nights a week this location is a joke. I used to stay in mostly Wyndham chain hotels. This is the worst hotel in the company all of the remodeling can't fix poor management. While using a free night cause of my central air going out I get told not his problem over a $50 deposit if I'm a diamond member with the company for the times I frequent the chain why would I steal from them or tear up a room but you didn't have a problem stealing my $120.00 in points right.
Okay to stay overnight
