The hotel, which is located in the heart of Munich, Bavaria's capital, and the home to centuries-old buildings and numerous museums, offers the very best in sophisticated design where personalized service meets a serious commitment to luxury. The property is located in a quiet, central location, which is close to both the Octoberfest and the central train station. It is also close to a variety of tourist attractions such as the Deutsches Theater and the Stachus. .Business travellers will take pleasure in their stay at the hotel, which provides an atmosphere that is both productive and comforta...More details

I’m very sorry to say this, but if you look for comfort don’t come to this hotel. The same if you look for cleanliness. Is it due to Corona? The personnel is doing a difficult job but aren’t in big numbers. They certainly do the best they can. It is also too expensive for what you get. All this besides having a bizarre pricing system: I booked a room for two nights for us and one other room (for family members) for one night. Similar rooms, same day with a difference of 26€ in price. Perhaps a mistake in Booking.com? A very narrow bathroom, difficult to move even for slim persons. I’m joining a photo of it.
Spacious room. Good location. Mid-price

A last day, last-minute booking led me to Fleming's. Just half the rate of Sofitel right across it where i stayed the first two nights in Munich. The building has a an old charming facade. Inside, it has that odd eery feel of an old museum or library. The room though is spacious with high ceiling and beautiful big windows that make it feel airy. The huge glass shower stall right smack in the middle of the room beside the bed is quite strange, could only work for solo or couple occupants (who wouldn't mind looking like putting a show while showering) but would probably be an awkward set-up for discreet friends. Location is perfectly accessible. Near the central station.
For the price. Great!

You get what you pay for. This hotel, compared to other hotels in munich was about a third of the price. Travelling by myself, on a budget, and after a private room I booked this. Genuinely believing it would be horrible. But it was much better than expected. I had a room overlooking the road out the front, and sure it could be a bit stuffy (so kept the windows open) and the bathroom has seen better days, there was nothing wrong for the price. It was clean. The breakfast was really enjoyable. Maybe i got there when it was quiet but didnt have trouble getting a seat. Had a nice fresh squeezed orange juice and typical german selection of breakfast (i.e. liverwurst and gerkin (YUM!)). The walk to the city isnt horrible (seemed a bit risky at night), but there is easy to get to tram, S-Bahn. The staff were actually very very nice, accommodated my bags for a few hours after check out. I'd return here again if i were on a budget
Not the best

We've stayed in this hotel for 1 night only so don't want to sound too harsh but my experience wasn't the best. Staff is nice and helpful but the rooms are tiny and could definitely do with some refurbishment. If you're a bit taller or heavier than average you'll be struggling with the shower or toilet, which is not what you'd expect. There's no parking available other than the streets around (for which you have to pay for yourself) or the car park across the road for again, €30 per night. City centre is about 20 min walk or a few stops on the tram line close by. Breakfast was OK to be fair but I'd pick a different hotel next time in Munich.
