Reviews: 🌟🌟🌟 Service 🌟🌟🌟 Amenities 🌟 Gym, Pool & Spa ️️️️️🌟🌟🌟 Breakfast 🌟🌟🌟🌟Friendly People 🌟🌟Location ️️️️️🌟Value for Money Stay there for Business during the Bauma exhibition. Obviously they raised to the moon the price of this hotel just for the Bauma; which was absolutely not worth it ! The Breakfast was Ok, the location is terrible as there is absolutely nothing around this hotel. Little welcome gift in the room as Diamond member and the usual welcome drink. The gym is in the basement, super small and the sauna was apparently not working. This hotel is not even near the Bauma as you still need a minimum 30min cab ride >> sorry, but i will definitely not stay there again.

Hotel looks outdated. The room was smaller than I am used to from Mercury hotels. Beds are very soft. And a very small bathroom! Our car with skibox was over max height for the garage, parking around the hotel was limited and with the construction going on next to the hotel not the best either. Breakfast buffet was good though. Besides the breakfast this hotel is clearly not meeting the usual Mercure standards.

Would definitely not recommend this hotel over Easter, or in fact at all!! We stayed here over Easter with my elderly mother and disabled sister. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They would not provide a disability room although this was requested. All restaurants and bars were closed the entire stay!! This was not communicated before our stay. We asked to speak with the manager and were told that he was on holiday over the weekend and could not be disturbed. The receptionist sent us to a restaurant (via bus) which was also closed!! We even asked to move to another Mercure and were told that there was no point, because all their restaurants were closed over the Easter period. We found out later that this was not true. Very disappointed in Mercure and would not book again.

We stayed here after staying at the Mercure Ost Messe before. This was more expensive, probably because it is in a slightly better looking area and public transport to Munich is easy. We paid 12.80 EUR for 2 of us to have unlimited public transport for a day in Munich, aswell as travelling around Bavaria. There is free parking at the side of the hotel, which fills up, but the garage costs loads if you use it. Nice hotel, good rooms, good nights sleep, excellent breakfast.

fast check in and very friendly staff. All staff very helpful especially Mr Helmi who very cares for customer. Good hotel but a bit far from city. comfortable room and good breakfast. will be back to this hotel.
