At first we were accused of smoking g in the room which is something we have never done.the smoking area is beneath our window so we could,my have the Windows open then my wife was accused of putting her cigarettes out in the flower pot outside then we get disturbed every evening for a room check it feels like we are being monitored all the time like naughty little school children

We stayed here for one night in April. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the U Bhan, which was 2 stops from the main train station. Room was very clean and modern, and very quiet at night , nice tv and private sink . We shared the toilet and shower which was clean and no problems at all. As a nice touch, there is a kettle and fridge on the landing , ( mugs in too ) with tea /coffee , ( no milk ) Ladies at check in were very pleasant . Would stay here again
Great place to stay in a nice location

The Pension Belo Sono it was a good option to stay in Munich. We got the local neighborhood feeling and we are few minutes from the metro that was really helpful. We could find good coffee places, restaurants and small groceries stores in the area so we were not worried to go back after a long walking day and still try to find a place to eat. The bedroom was nice, clean and had everything we needed. We shared the washroom and bathroom and most of the time was clean with some exception of some guys left some their underwear's inside :-D ... but it was ok. We had some noisy issues with a group of guys that were staying in the other bedroom, however the owner was communicated and they spoke with them in the next day. The apartment has no microwave but there was a little fridge and things you could prepare some tea outside of the room. The building is well maintained and we were in general really happy with our stay there. Grade: Eli = 4, Serge = 4 Recommend: Yes we totally recommend.
Home away from home in fantastic location

Home away from home"...perfectly describes this genuinely warm welcoming place. The management - in particular Ms Rottmüller - is fantastic as well! The rooms and common areas are quiet, super clean and comfy and the wifi fast at all times. The location is really great as the the guesthouse is only 2 stops by subway from the stop Schwanthalerhöhe to the Munich Central Station. There are plenty of restaurants (e.g. Osteria Bianchi for lunch/ dinner, Café Gollier for breakfast right next door) and supermarkets in the area. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Pension Belo Sono :-)!

We stayed for two nights at Bella Sono as a family of four. The two adults slept in the small apartment with kitchenette, and the children slept upstairs in a twin room. We really like the location, In a lovely residential part of Munich with nice bars shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment did not have air conditioning or a fan which did make sleeping a little difficult. The apartments are clean, and the bed relatively comfortable. The whole place felt a little impersonal, although the staff downstairs were helpful. A good relatively inexpensive place to stay in an city, and the addition of a kitchenette meant we could eat our breakfast on-site My only gripe would be the water heater. There is only enough water for one shower and some washing up which meant to my husband had to have a cold shower as we did not want to wait for the water to reheat
