Every staff member that we encountered greeted us, made sure that our needs were attended to, and generally contributed to a very pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Chris M. at the front desk who seemed to always be there with a smile and great attitude!

This was my first stay at Holiday inn and I am very impressed. Staff was helpful & friendly, rooms were clean. I did not have to wake up early to get breakfast as they had 4 hr window. No complains. Brittany did a great job from checking in to Checking out process. Would recommend this place.

This was my 2nd stay. New general manager Matt Thompson and new front desk clerk were so attentive and professional. They both were within their first week of employment and doing everything they could to make sure each guest was having the best experience. Truly great additions to your chain of hotels. ❤️ Thank you!

Horrible experience, They charged me $100 for excessive cleaning fee, When I requested pictures from the GM (Greg Sandvig) regarding the fee. He informed me that he would send them to me. He never did, And I had to reach out to the front end manager and she was able to send the pictures to me regarding the "Dirty room". Once I saw the pictures, I immediately called and told the front end manager that the main picture (the room) was not even of my room!!. The room picture was of some random room and even had the wrong layout of the room. Floored by this shadiness, I was informed that the GM was not in the office until Tuesday. Needless to say, I'll be calling on Tuesday, demanding my refund as well as contacting the corporate office and filing a complain with the property/GM. The is completely unprofessional and sketchy. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE ROOM BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT

This is the craziest review I’ve ever had to write and could not emphasize enough that nobody should ever stay at this hotel. DO NOT give these people your bank cards, they will steal your money. I stayed here over a week ago, it was just for a night with my two kids (both under age 5). I had to work in pacific city so we were barely at the hotel and cleaned before we left. The only mess we left behind was sand at the door from their shoes and I gathered up the trash and left it all in one little garbage can. An hour into our drive I get a $100 damage charge so I called thinking it was just a simple mistake, even when she said what it was for I was like “oh that has to be the wrong our room was left really clean and one of the beds wasn’t even touched” but they insisted and said they had pictures. After persistently asking for the photos, they sent a picture of the sand at our door but included a picture of a completely different room that was TRASHED. Our room wasn’t even the same layout, if you look at the bathroom photos you can see the sink is on the right side as you walk in and the picture they sent of another room has the sink on the left side. Our beds were also on the other side of the room. Stay FAR FAR away from this shady place.
