A nice surprise
My husband and I were driving from the French Riviera to Denmark and needed a reasonably priced place to stay for the night. How nicely surprised we were with Hotel Europa. The receptionist Marcus König was extremely friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. The room was spacious, clean and the bed enourmous with nice linens. The bathroom spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was well-assorted with good coffee, juices, müsli, etc. Thank you for a great stay!
Booked on the day and nicely surprised
There was something charming about this very basic hotel. The shower was outdated but still powerful and refreshing. The mattresses were firm but good to sleep on and provided much needed rest. Two single mattresses to make it a double as per German standards! There was a further single bed in the room. This was good as other hotels sometimes provide a uncomfortable sofa bed. To my surprise there were earplugs in the room which further added to the sleep quality. Great idea! The flooring looked like marble tiles. This was much better than smelly and dusty carpets you find in more expensive hotels. Overall a comfortable nights stay. 4 our of 5 stars because the price was slightly too high for a basic hotel and no mini fridge to store snacks.
Good location
If you come by car and want to visit the old part of Münster this is a good option. About 15 min walk to the historic parts. The hotel staff are friendly and parking is available around. We also got a glas of bubbly (German Sekt) by arrival. The room was spacious and clean.
Great Comfortable Stay
Was in Muenster for a 2 day business trip, and this hotel was available because of bit last minute hustle. Surprisingly Nice Rooms, Friendly Staff and very Eco-Friendly! Conveniently located in the City and well accessible!

Strong recommendation from my side for anyone outside germany as well.The main USP is that receptionist speaks english fluently , Staff is very very courteous.Kitchen was really good and well occupied.24x7 Staff at reception.Only problem is since it is an old property , It doesnt have lift .Hence it would be a challenge for senior citizens to take the stairs.Another advantage is that REWE and Bio market is in the near vicinity. As usual, Germany is well known for variety of breakfast.This hotel quite does justice with that. Topping on the cake is - Free soups and complimentary drinks. All and all an amazing experience..
