Nasty place
The halls were filled with garbage on the floor then we went into are room there were stains everywhere on the carpet.then we checked the blankets they were filthy so we completed to the front desk we went to 4 different rooms before we found sheets that didn’t look like they had poop on them. I don’t think I have ever been in a hotel this bad
Clarion inn Murpheeboro, Tn
We stayed during a road trip with our dog. The entire hotel looks shabby. Beer cans in the parking lot, marijuana odor at door way. Our smoke free roomed smelled smoky. The sheets appear clean but I won't be walking bare foot on the carpet. We usually stay at a 2 to 3 star chain motel. This was more like a 1.5 star hotel.
Nice Motel, great Bar and Grill!
Over the last year I have stayed here many times. First time it was out of necessity. It was on that stay that I visited Seasons, the bar and grill in the hotel. Now I choose this hotel to stay at every time I’m in town because of the bar and Grille. Seasons has a great atmosphere, and the owner is fantastic. I understand why the Local’s favor this place so much. I look forward to my next stay just so I can visit Seasons!
Not what we expected😭
As 1 st time visitors to Tennessee to visit our son, we could only go by the advice and pics we saw on line. We pulled in late and were disappointed right off the bat. Lots of people just “hangin out” the parking lot and entrance was filthy. Lots of construction going on inside. A real mess. But our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Obviously they had just remotely the room. But... we had no towels, no toilet paper, no hangers, no hair dryer, no coffee cups or condiments. 1 pkg of coffee. We were so limited on time we decided to stay since the room was pd for etc. just too tired to move. It could have ( and probably was)beautiful at one time. I believe a lot of the guests weren’t there on vacation. More like living in the rooms. The hot tub was closed and there was no. Breakfast, not even a sack or coffee at the lobby. I’m very surprised that Choice hotels allows this particular hotel to bear its name. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The air conditioner fan made strange noises all night. And we heard voices late into the night outside our door AND thru the register vents. Extremely disappointed. I have pictures. Oh yes! The refrigerator ( no microwave) freezer was so full of ice there was not room for anything frozen.
Meh
I was really not comfortable at this place. So much - in fact - that I decided to leave first thing in the AM. The place just felt really used up. Kid drawings on the radiator, chair missing a wheel, mosquitos in the room, rug ripped away from the wall .. you get the idea. One high note was the woman at the front desk. Although when I checked in in the evening and out in the morning .. it was still her.
