Great service in Murray
If you have to stay over in Murray this is the place to lay your head. Super service, bumped me up to a suite due to IHG membership. Nice warm breakfast, slept like a champ. Will be there again later this week.
Don’t stay in Room 105!
We arrived at the hotel about 9 pm. We had a reservation and are IHG members. We were given room 105. This was a one night stay on our way back to Florida. The room was clean, nice, and well appointed. It was located off the main lobby nestled between the elevator and the ice machine. What awful noise!! All night long there was loud talking, constant elevator noise and ice machine noise. I don’t think I slept at all. When I checked out I explained to the counter woman about the awful night. Her response, “that’s why I would never stay on the first floor!”. Of course I did not ASK for the first floor!!! Guess it’s back to Hamptons where they guarantee a good experience!
Nice Hotel Great Location
Nice clean hotel located close to Murray State University. Plenty of stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Staff was friendly check in was fast. Breakfast was good for your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast choices.
New beds! Great location!
Everything about this hotel is welcoming. From the first phone call to make reservations, to arriving, to settling in. Eddie, in particular, was very helpful. This hotel is just a step above what you would expect from a typical Holiday Inn Express.
Best place to stay in Murray.
This was a planned trip to see our daughter and grand daughter for the 4th fireworks. The rooms are great. 2 queen suite, plenty of room, comfortable beds, bests fluffy pillows, Shout out to Eddie for his great service and pride in his job, he made our stay very enjoyable. Best value in town compared to what you get in service and comfort.
