Great location. Reasonable price. Full kitchen. Bathroom was clean as well as the common areas. Didn't like the bedroom was soon as you walk into the room, or that the bedroom didn't have a door to separate from the other areas. Walking distance to the strip was a plus

Do Not Book Here

While the ocean view was nice the beds were so bad by the end of our week not one person in our group of 5 could move without groaning. Updating desperately needs done. Hallways smell like artificial orange on the 3rd floor you needed a mask over your mouth to breathe it was so bad. Homeless men come and go from the pool at the 1708 property (making lewd comments too) and at the 1700 property even the hot tub was to cold to use. We made the best of it but I wouldn’t go there again!

You pay for location

We stayed in rm.154...1st level. Loved the view..ur n the middle pool area speaking distance n able c the ocean. CONS: *Parking across street in parking lot. This means no deck. *office closed if u get there after 9 then u have wait til next day to finish paying so don't step out til thats done. * Dont expect keys..u get codes. So gd luck on keeping track n not getting locked out. Better take a pic. *Brick solid beds...not gd for those with BAD BACKS such as with my boyfriend case. He slept on the murphy bed 2nd night. *hot tub outside didn't work n was heated but inside pool wasnt heated

We rented a 2 bed 2 bathroom unit oceanfront with balcony fir 3 nights. There was nobody working the front desk. We finally found out by asking other lost guests that the Hotel parking was 2 long football field lengths away where there was tons of broken glass so we knew our cars wouldn’t be safe. After we arrived a cop was chasing and arrested a guy stealing a guests moped. We finally found a rolling cart that looked like it had been thru the landfill barely rolled bent up bad shape wiggly wouldn’t roll straight. The minute you step on the Elevator you smell the POT smoke. Remakes of pot and beer. Elevator floor was filthy and wet- disgusting.our floor has bags of trash lined up down the hallways. Apparently the code to the trash chute was not working and maintenance had not gathered all the trash. The hallways REAKED of pot and filth and were wet. To get i to the u it you had to put in a 12 digit code and push the SHKAGE button Each time. NO KEY CARDS. Very hard to remember. There was No House keeping. We were given ONE ROLL of toilet paper for 4 days. Nobody took out the trash or sis anything. You are on your own. There was a rusted disgusting washer dryer so we could wash used towels. There curtainslooked like they were from a 1980’s movie. Orange. We were unlucky jt that we didn’t know it was MUSTANG week so thousands of mustangs revves their engines all night. Police didn’t even try to stop them. We could t enjoy the balcony bc of the loud red exl roaring mustang engines cruising yhhe strip. There were dead spiders and other bugs smashed in the walls. One bathrooms toilet iver flowed into the floor. When we called down to tell desk lady she said oh that units not on my LIST and she didn’t care. The other bathroom sink was so stoooed up with hair or something that it stayed filled up to the top every time I brushed my teeth. Place was nasty out dates. The lazy river onky had about 4 inner tubes to use. None of the pools were clean. In fact the maintenance guy had to remove 2 huge tow hes from the pool. Pure disgusting. Do yourself a favor and DONT T STAY HERE

Atlantica 901 The city needs to shut this place down

The first night we killed 8 spiders. Yep. The walls were so scuffed up, it looked like it hadn't been painted in years. We wore socks inside, as the carpet was so filthy. The socks all turned black (threw them away when we left). The toilets (2)had black scum all around the rims-ugh. The curtains were barely hanging on the windows (wrong style/size). The sliding glass door wouldn't lock. The two balcony chairs (that's all that fits on the balcony) were so rusted, we were afraid to sit in them for fear of falling. Our king size bed had a queen size sheet on it. Barely any dishes or pots/pans. This is only the half of it. Maybe $300 per night is not enough for a decent beachfront condo in August? We usually stay in Florida. God, I wish I had read these reviews before booking here, but that is what managment is hoping for.
