Nice for families, still close to everything. But far enough from the heavy traffic. All the staff were friendly. This is the place my family’s preferred place to stay when visiting the beach. Will be back soon.

Construction and renovations made for bad experience!! Cables and ropes and scaffolding in front of balcony and painting and other work on balcony made it where we could not use it Sitting on the deck and taking pictures has been a major reason for coming to the horizon Not being able to do this made for our bad exxperience!!

Great Over-night Stay

My husband and I was staying in another hotel, but we were very uncomfortable with it. It was not as it appeared on the website. The rest of my family were staying until Sunday, so I went online to the website and Horizon had an opening. It was a little expensive, but for the cleanliness, comfort, relaxation and peace. It was worth it. Spring Break will be an Annual thing for us and next year I plan on booking ahead of time. I loved it.

Excellent place to stay for relaxing Staff take care of you.The room was clean and clear. The view from the south side is just great. We will returned for sure. This is a place that we went in the past, and it's still a great place

I had a reservation to Check in today after 4. I got here around 430 .Had to wait for the room to be cleaned then I get in elevator and they didn't give me a key. Get up to room and the keys don't work called the information desk twice. Last call I let her know that I have been waiting over 30 min for someone to come. I am highly upset and disappointed. I was going to come back in April but after todays issues I will not be coming back. Just getting in the room now at 6:02 makes no sense at all. Was so ready to get here then once I arrived all the excitement turned into frustration. Living room tv only played 4channels. This was definitely not the trip I wanted it to be. N. Thompson
