Hotel Aurora

I absolutely loved it here! First of all i would like to thank the staff for being so kind, a blond man maf get's absolutely 5 starts for hospitality and kindnesness, the shisha is absolutely amazing the different flavours you can choose from, the dude that delivers the coal for the shisha was very very nice too. It is an absolutely amazing bar and my whole stay in garda i went back every night because they were so nice. Also a women named Erika was very nice and made me and all my friends very happy to come back! All in all amazing food amazing drinks amazing staff and AMAZING shisha.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our Leger coach tour of Italy. The hotel had quite a "young" feel to it, which was fine for us. We even sat out one night on the huge bean bags drinking cocktails. We were lucky as our room was on the second floor and was at the back of the hotel. We had two balconys, one at the side and one at the back overlooking the mountains. it was a great view. The room had everything we needed. No kettle but i think thats the norm for Italy hotels. Bathroom was good with a great shower. The food was ok, nothing special. The continental breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold things but the evening meals however were just ok. there was a choice of starters and mains but it was like they had just been plopped on the plate and it was a bit hit and miss with the temperatures of the meals. being a coach party we did get a set menu which was different from food being seperately ordered at the bar. The hotel was in the middle of town. It was a great location with a supermarket across the road and a slow amble to the waterfront. the only real negative thing i would say about this hotel is their security regarding their room keys. these came on a HUGE weighty keyfob. you were expected to leave them in a box at reception in the morning and collect them them in the evening. if noone was there you just took your key.....as could anyone else! All in all i would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a ideal position for the shops and the lake the hotel was clean breakfast good the evening menu for main course limited orders for main course taken night before but did not get what i ordered due to being on the last table to be served and people changing there mind before they got to us refused second option a fish option perch or i was given choice of a burger i refused and did without my choice this did not spoil the holiday.

We stayed here during summer and where amazed about the standard of the rooms as the hotel have very good prices. The manager and all here staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in the backyard. And the coolest lounge area outdoors ever - which turns into the coolest bar at night - you can also dine here. A very good place to stay indeed - close to everything in Torbole. Highly recommendable
