Good stay, but quite small
We stayed here for a night during the new years holiday. It was a good stay, the breakfast was particularly nice with many choices. The room just felt quite small but it had everything we needed for our stay in Nagoya. Overall it was good value for our money.
Rooms and beds were quite small
The rooms were spotless clean and installed with modern appliances. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was only a short walk away from Fushimi Station. We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 3 children under 10 years old, but the rooms and beds were so small we had to cramp for 3 days. Asked the staff and they explained that because the kids were stay for free so they weren’t accounted for.
Good value
My flight was delayed so had to make a last minute reservation. Staff was friendly. All rooms are nonsmoking which was a major plus for me. Room size was average for Japan. Would have liked to have had at least one channel in English, two pillows (bed only had one), and two towels as I like to use one on my hair. Shower and beds are western style. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Had to check out before the start of breakfast so can’t comment on that but it would have been nice if they had a sort of to-go breakfast option. The hotel is connected to the airport so you don’t even have to go outside to get to and fro. I’m sure airline customers are often guests of this hotel so a take away breakfast of bread would be appreciated.
Super-cheap, super-clean, well-located.
Stayed here for 1 night in mid-May enroute back home to Tokyo from a business trip in Kansai to see a friend. I just needed somewhere to sleep for a night. After joining the members club on the JP version of the website, I got a price of 6,800 JPY. Hotel opened in February so is super-new. Lobby, dining area and rooms are super-clean. Lobby is on 2F, and room floor buttons in the lift are operated with keycard. The lift always stops at 2F, regardless of what floor you're going to, so staff can check that noone who shouldn't be there is going up to the room floors. Room was well laid out and had everything and was spotless. Extra amenities available form reception like HDMI cable if you wanted / needed it. USB ports and power sockets everywhere. Hotel kept my luggage with no hassle until I left the next evening. Breakfast was just OK. Cereal was Cornflakes or Coco Pops. Nothing else looked particularly appetizing, but plenty of coffee shops nearby, anyway. Final mention to the staff at the front desk for a friendly welcome. This is the first time I've been to a hotel in Japan alone where I haven't been asked for my registration card upon check-in (which is illegal); a personal bugbear of mine. Great to have staff who are intelligent enough to realise this.
機能的で清潔な部屋でした
出張で一泊。 部屋は全室禁煙、思ったより広くて清潔でした。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、クシ、T字カミソリ、タオル、石けん類。 ナイトウェアはフロント階から持っていきます。 他にポット、煎茶、セーフティボックス、加湿空気清浄機も有り。 ウェルカムドリンクはセルフサービスで、コーヒー、紅茶、レモン水。 USB電源有り。 名古屋駅まで徒歩２０〜２５分でした。 残念だったのは、コインランドリー。 ２２時過ぎに使おうと行ったら３台とも使用中。それは仕方がないが、うち２台は洗濯終了しておりなかなか取りに来ず使えませんでした。 洗濯機にパスワードロックは要らないので、カゴを設置して出せるように変更していただきたいです。 「盗難紛失は一切責任を負いません」で良いと思います。 紛失したとしてもマナーが悪い人の自業自得ですから。
