Wife and I booked this hotel through Hotwire. We arrived at hotel and they said they were booked full and could not take our reservation. Okay fine. Stuff happens. They told us they owned another hotel so we stayed there. They should have put us in that hotel for free and received payment from Hotwire but no, they charged us for the nights there then told us they would tell Hotwire to refund the original reservation. We returned to find out that Hotwire would not give us our money back due to the reason hotel gave them. (Not sure what they told them). So basically we paid the hotel twice. Once directly then they got paid for those nights through Hotwire. Rip Off. Be careful if you are travelling from another country.
