Amazing staff!! They were very nice and uplifting! Anything I needed the brought to my room. They had dishes and even a coffee pot! Which was amazing and well needed. My room was very nice. Quiet place and super clean. Management does a great job with their staff! Amazing housekeeping super sweet as well did more than I asked for.
A safe. clean and comfortable home away from home.
I needed a local place to live while looking for an apartment and ESA was recommended to me. My room was comfortable and clean and I feel very safe here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Cookware, dinnerware and cooking and eating utensils are provided on request. Nice kitchen with two burner stove, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but comfortable enough. Plenty of towels/washcloths are provided. The parking lot is well lit at night. Coin laundry room also has snack/drink machines.
Great hotel.
The manager was welcoming from the time I called to when I arrived.The area is very upscale.The hotel has beautiful furniture for bureaus and desk.I love the light color wood with wood knots.The Amana unit are fairly new and work well.The windows are the newer modern ones.They still have carpet whuch looks newer but eventually there will be wood planks flooring.They offer great monthly rates.I always took the weekly rates but the monthly rates save even more...Hence their name..mExtended Stay...America.

I love this hotel. The General Manger is doing a excellent job. Super nice, clean hotel, freindly, quite. Awsome prices. Alica front desk is awsome she knows what she's doing. The pair runs a great hotel,very knowledgeable! Ive been to a couple other extended stays and 1827 centre pointe cir is by far the best!! Love this place. Housekeeping is great. I would advise everybody to come here compared to other extended stays.
