More about the hotel
Great value 6 night stay Naples.
Staying 6 nights. To find-from main station walk to end of Piazza Garibaldi, it's a large dark green double door between Corso Guisseppe Garibaldi & Corso Umberto. Sign to right of doors. Must ring owner 1st/ doors are locked/owner met us outside. No English but he & his wife lovely/extemely helpful.Balcony in rooms with good views, spotlessly clean, large room, safe in room, toiletries in dispensers, air con great. Decorated well. The best WiFi we've had. Breakfast is toast, yogurts..enough for us. Convenient to main station /if going on Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento best to get on at Porta Nolana Station on Corso Guisseppe Garibaldi, which is last station and more seats available/pickpocket risk at main Garibaldi Station. This B&B close to both stations. Lots good restaurants in vicinity.City traffic but no problem to us as doors new & kept noise to a minimum. Will definitely stay again.
good place, neighborhood not so much
Good place, very clean room, friendly staff. The owner is very nice but do not speak english. Nice thing, the place offers free bottles of water. The B&B is located in a old building near the central station. it is good for transportation but the streets around it are not very safe at night. Do not recommend arriving at night.
Convenient location, spacious room, quite noisy
A convenient location (near the central station where the buses for the airport arrive and depart). Old building, but spacious rooms. Nothing special, but all you need. During night you hear the trafic noise since it is near a big street (but this is what yu expect if you stay near the central station...).
Lovely host excellent room
Friendly host who is definitely a gentleman. Showed us everything after we settled in. Free bottle water and espresso. Funniest thing was, I used the espresso machine the wrong way and was noticed by the host...> < Then he made another cup and sent it himself to my room. So kind and surprising! ^ ^ Room and breakfast were both nice. Best experience in Napoli considering the dirty and unsafe street...
It's very average but nice staff
The staff are nice and picked us up from the station which was lovely so I feel bad saying bad things! but the room is average, its clean but basic. I had a bath with only hot water in it and it was still tepid. the breakfast is extremely basic, pretty much toast and juice. the hotel itself is within another building that has a bunch of other businesses in it all with a shared front door. the front door is very hard to find and unmarked if you don't know where youre going. additionally my husband popped out for something to eat at 11pm and couldn't get back in and got harassed by dodgy guys on the street. then we had to leave at 6am to catch a flight and got locked inside the building. it was really scary! if I could go back I would pay the extra couple of dollars and stay at hotel uno which is right next door and is a proper hotel. this one is very third world. sorry nice staff. on the upside the location is great.
