Absolutely unacceptable…. Dirty entrance and lobby Dirty elevators Dirty room Dated furnishings at best Bonus Points - Cold shower due to no hot water Followed by no water at all I stay at the A-Loft brand all the time. This place doesn’t deserve the brand.

Close to Division st, but far from Downtown (Broadway), Uber costs add up quickly. $50 for the 1.25 miles around midnight! Pay the higher price downtown and save. Rooms average, bedding old and threadbare, carpets dirty. Rooms was not serviced for 3 days. Staff friendly and helpful. If the owners spent a little money it might be okay.

Justin Steele and the rest of the staff at the Aloft Nashville West End made the stay convenient and enjoyable for the 2 nights we spent in Nashville for our hockey tourney.. the valet service made life much easier for myself and the rest of the team. Definitely recommend.

This is my first review, the only reason why I’m willing to do it is because of the outstanding hospitality and service from every single employee we came in contact with. 13 of us went down for a hockey tournament and this hotel nailed it, the front staff got us into our rooms faster and earlier than I ever have. Great job JUSTIN STEELE, wish I remembered the guys name that was with him, they carried all of our hockey gear to the basement to hold for us until check in, Jackson also did a great job! All around top notch, we will 100% be back. Thanks again and I 100% recommend this hotel.

Not great, but not awful. With a few tweaks, it could easily be a four-star, but that might be "big lift," as they say. The good: Excellent customer service at front desk and valet; was always quick to respond (on phone or in-person) and friendly. Superb location for Lower Broadway, The Gulch, etc. Comfortable and clean room. The bad: Pricey for the raggedy shape the entire place is in (even if it is among the more affordable hotels in the immediate area). No free breakfast (even in the age of Covid-19, at least offer SOEMTHING, like a pre-packaged muffin or breakfast biscuit and juice!). Parking for check-in is confusing. Valet fee ($34) is QUITE excessive. NO carts available for luggage (even when checking-in during a very quiet time.) Overall, it was a more-or-less pleasant experience. But, it really felt like something was lacking or missing to make it feel like you were getting your money's worth or that it was a place you would definitely want to stay at again.
