Not only were we pleasantly surprised by the incredible quality of the room, but also by the bar and staff. We will most definitely be staying here again. It’s walking distance to Broadway which makes for a very convenient stay!

Best hotel fofr the money

This hotel is blocks from Broadway. We had a large balcony facing Broadway. We could have walked to Broadway each day, but took Uber due to my elderly father-in-law could not walk the distance. Uber only cost about $8 each time. Parking was convenient. This is a gated facility with an armed guard on premise. Will highly recommend The Bod and definitely will stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Fun couples’ trip!

This place was great for our needs— 3 couples with possibility of adding more. The way the rooms open up to each other is cool— a 2 br apartment Connects to a single hotel room w/ bathroom— very flexible! We got a 3 br apartment suite, and the size and arrangement was perfect. The walk is doable before and after doing Broadway— get you some snacks on the way home! The electronic check in and out didn’t work, but the coffee shop attendant/ concierge helped us out. Phone staff was helpful when verifying reservations. 10/10 we would stay here again.

The good: it was clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable. (There is only one flat sheet over the mattress and no mattress cover…very odd). The idea to save an old hotel is good. The bad: checking in and out is all by the web and failed both in and out. They charge $100 mandatory for incidentals which I found out after I was checked in but they locked me out until it was paid. They charge for everything you can imagine really. It’s sort of a good spot, but just enough off the beaten path that the last block or 2 were not my favorite safety wise. The really bad: there is no lock on the door other than the keypad and I did not feel safe. Further, the blinds don’t completely cover the edges of the window so even turned completely up or down anyone who walks by can see you lying in bed or your clothing hanging up. Also, it is loud. I was solo and the room was fine for 1. Two people would be a crowd. I did not choose this hotel, but I would not choose it again despite the comfy bed. For the price, stay closer to downtown at a hotel where they tell you the fees for everything up front.

Perfect for us. Plenty of room inside and out. Very walkable and convenient to downtown. Staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. Will stay again when we come back to Nashville. Outside area provided the feel of hanging comfortably.
