WORST HOTEL AND SERVICE EVER!
he man working behind the desk wouldn't let me check in because he said he didnt have my reservation, but i had already showed him the confermation number on my phone AND he had recieved a fax confirmation as well. I ended up not getting my room for over an hour ...this made the time 2am. When i entered the room it was HORRIBLE! Dirt and soap scum covered the shower, something was running down the front of the microwave, there were handprints in the DUST on the headboards, i pulled the rolling desk out from under the table above it and found drug paraphernalia (needle cap) and drug residue...and that was just the beginning. When i asked for another room i was told he had "just rented the last one" , but that he could get the cleaning crew to come clean it up. I waited another hour before calling and finding out that he couldnt get the cleaning crew to answer the phone and so I was stuck in this disgusting room! I requested to speak with the manager several times and was told i had to wait till the next day. The next day i spoke with someone else..still not the manager...and was accused of having 6 People in my room!! That was ABSOLUTLY UNTRUE! i lefty number for the manager to.call me and he never has. I have pictures to show everything and I EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the way this whole situation was handled. Very unprofessional. Very very dirty. They couldn't care less about the people they rent rooms to. I plan to follow up with this as far and as long as it takes to get my money back and let everyone know how BAD this hotel really is
Newly renovated and nice!!
This hotel is now a super 8 and I really enjoyed my stay here. I've stayed at many hotels in Nashville and this is by far one of the best and the price is also great too. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Lower your expectations
If you want a lower price in Nashville then lower your expectations. We had two double beds and the sheets were changed daily but the beds were a bit soft. Towels were soft and thick and changed daily. The ac/heat worked ok. The refrigerator and flat screen tv were good. The sofa was marked up and dirty. The tall lamp near the sofa did not work. The sink was plugged up and drained very slowly. (About one hour after each use). The breakfast area was there but we never used it. The front desk did not respond to question or concerns other than to check us in. Parking was ok.
Don't come here
Their staff went through my things searching for I don't know what and also have it on video record I don't understand why your staff have in buissness going through my personal belongings that just unprofessional
This property badly needs maintenance.
This should not be a W property. I expect better of them, as I have never been disappointed before this booking. The property is not maintained or clean. In the rooms there were holes in the walls, mold, and generally unclean.
