Perfect when flying out of BNA
We live two hours from Nashville but that’s the airport we have to use so we always stay the night before our flights. I will NEVER stay anywhere else before a flight. Hotel was spotless. Staff beyond friendly. Early morning shuttle was waiting on us in the morning. Quick ride to the airport. And when we landed in Nashville a week later, I called and the friendly staff member said the shuttle would be right there. It was. It beat us to the shuttle pickup area at the airport. The shuttle driver was such a sweet sincere person. He was from Puerto Rico and I hate that I missed his name. But he was the perfect ending to a great trip. We’ve tried several hotels in the area before flights and have never had this level of service.
New and clean
We had a very good experience at this hotel. Just there one night, but left our car 12 nights whilst we flew to Denver and traveled in 6 states. We had a "park and fly" rate which was very reasonable. Our car was in great shape when we returned, so it had been safe. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted as Silver Elite members upon arrival and given bottles of water. We picked up "grab & go" bags for our breakfast and took them to our rooms. One had a blueberry muffin, apple and granola bar. The other had a yogurt, apple and granola bar. Coffee was available in the lobby and we got more bottled water to go with our breakfast. It was limited, but adequate. Will be nice when COVID is gone and we can once again enjoy a hot breakfast, Marriott style! Oh, and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was excellent! Kudos to the drivers.
New hotel
Must be a new hotel! Excellent condition and rooms were very clean. Convenient to Nashville airport and opryland. Rooms do not have a lot of clutter and the bathroom was spacious. Pull out sofa was just enough for our family

Stayed at this hotel while in town for business. Considering COVID-19, she was as helpful as possible. Yes, we keep our social distance. She was flexible in doing a little bite of everything since not all workers were onsite. Thanks
Fairfield Inn, Nashville Airport
I travel fairly often and usually stay at Fairfields. I have never before given one a three. Usually a five sometimes a four. I will say it was very clean, the bathrooms absolutely "sparkled". But, be aware that there is no mat in the tub/shower so it was very slick. Breakfast O.K. but both mornings they ran out of coffee, I had to tell the lady, they just didn't seem "on top of things". Not the variety of food, I have seen at other Fairfields. No chair in the room other than the one for the desk. You just have to sit on the bed. I was looking for brochures of the area, and when I asked the front desk lady she said "they were not allowed to put those out". I have never encountered that before. But, the biggest problem is the noise level, right across the street from the airport. Planes flying low right over the hotel.
