Sorprendidos con el cambio en la presentación del Buffett y la variedad en el plato principal del chef Yolmer Marquez para el salón ejecutivo. El mayor de los éxitos . En cuanto al servicio esperamos que cada sea mejor y nos sorprendan para seguir sintiéndonos como en casa.
Muy moderno, excelente ubicacion
Un edificiomuy moderno y bonito situado frente al Nashville Music City, habitaciones modernas , comodas con ecxelente baño, bonita vista en pisos superiores, buen desayuno y lobby bar muy visitado. La ubicacion permite acceder al centro broadway street con facilidad. muy buen servicio.
Absolutely Amazing Experience
As a business traveler, I have had to still travel because of COVID. I have noticed that even as a Titanium Elite member at BONVOY receiving an upgraded suite has been uncommon because of COVID at Marriott properties. So I want to thank Byron Ross, who I assume is the Night Manager of the J W Marriott in downtown Nashville for finding us an upgraded suite and for his hospitality. He and his staff went beyond the call of duty, opening up the gift shop for us, getting us a reservation at Bourbon (their immaculate and exquisite) roof top restaurant. He was so gracious and kind and the epitome of professionalism. I was also impressed by how quick it was to get room service. Most hotels take an hour. The JW took no more than 20 to 25 minutes EVERY TIME!!! When in Nashville I will stay no other place than the JW Marriott. Thanks again Byron -CLJ
Always a pleasure - A+
I have stayed at the JW in Nashville a couple times over the last few years and every time has been wonderful. I have never once had an issue. Some times I’ve stayed with my husband when we come for pleasure, and also stay when I come for business. The JW is a perfect central location; close to Broadway and the bars, and also close to my business meeting needs. This time, I was traveling for work and arrived early (prior to check in time) but had a business meeting that I needed to make in the afternoon. I arrived and the front desk concierge (I believe her name was YuLing) was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. She quickly offered a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor to allow me to get into the room right away, which I very much appreciated not having to “haggle” or beg or feel like I was bothering her with my needs. The rooms are VERY spacious and bathrooms are roomy and well equipped. The room & bathroom would both easily accommodate two guest without feeling cramped. I ordered room service that arrived almost to the T of when they told me it would (in 23 mins), which was great when you’re hungry NOW. Food was HOT and yummy. They didn’t have any snacks in room (due to COVID) but the mini bar drinks were still stocked and they had a great selection - even white claws! Which I would’ve partaken in if I didn’t have such an early flight the next morning. They have Netflix on the TV and the ability to connect your phone, which is cool. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Upon check out I stopped and front desk and nothing was needed of me so I could head right to airport. Mr James Hill happily greeted me as I was awaiting my Uber in the lobby, escorted me to my car, and carefully handled my luggage for me. Things like YuLing’s & James Hill wonderful customer service really imparts the extra level of luxury and caring that is expected of a 5 star hotel. What I appreciate most is that the both seemed to be genuinely friendly and happy to have me as a guest, which I very much appreciated! Highly recommend !
Excellent Service
Very modern and beautiful place. Hotel is very close to all kind of attractions around downtown. Almost everything is in walking distance. The staff here is great. Tiffany, Chris and Kubilay were great. Friendly and very professional. COVID-19 precautions implemented very well. Staff was wearing masks and keeping the distance. Rooms are very clean also. We will love to come back. Thank you for having us! See you next time!
