Me encanto
Perfect!
We stay every year with our dog and couldn’t be happier. Helpful staff, clean rooms and great prices. Special thank you to Jamison for the help with our car, directions and overall capping off a wonderful time! Thanks!
Location, Class Act
We LOVED our stay at Hotel Noelle. Not only is the hotel in a GREAT location (near to Printer's Alley and within walking distance of the Honky Tonk strip), it is so beautiful. I loved reading about the art selections and archived history. Make sure to learn about the Noel family's piece of history. I've traveled extensively and I think this hotel room was one of the top EVER! The luxurious and digital touch lighting and blinds/shades and bedding were amazing. I must find out what type of blissful pillow are used!!! The hotel gave my daughter and I an upgrade and our corner room had a great city view. We enjoyed the lobby and bar area, while socially distancing with local friends wearing our masks. The breakfast was delicious, and I was glad that I purchased the room price that included breakfast, as it allowed our 24 hours in Nashville to feel less rushed by dining in the hotel. One of my highlights was having the gym entirely to myself, complete with a Peloton. Well done, team Noelle. I will be back on my next visit to Nasheville.
Sweet Suite Nashville perfection
This is the spot. Stay with me. Arrived- feels like the perfect balance of retro artisan chic and modern, it’s timeless deco vibe is elevated yet cozy, fresh yet sophisticated. I arrived into a cool but small nyc style room (with no tub and a small wardrobe) for a last minute rendezvous with my man on his business trip to enjoy the city. The next morning I worked out in their well-equipped gym, and relaxed in the lounge while sipping my yummy matcha, across from supermodel Karen Elson (ex-wife of Jack White). Then enjoyed delicious bacon deviled eggs from the Drug Store Coffee Shop. I realized Nashville Tourism was shooting a major commercial in the gift shop with Karen and local designer Andrew Clancy, and felt even more at home as a nyc stylist. I was happy to be admiring this time, but admit a twinge of FOMO- Nashville always makes me wanna be a part of the action! The hotel staff was super accommodating, ensuring my needs were priority amidst the shoot. Since it was my guy’s birthday in a few days, the hotel manager was truly incredible in helping me upgrade to a gorgeous suite with a fabulous deep tub for a little romantic surprise. After work, I opened the door in lingerie with whisky and a candlelit bubble bath waiting before our dinner reservations. It changed the mood completely, we were feeling relaxed, sensual and had a magical night. The next morning he was so happy and rested (amazing bed), he even hit the gym early on their pelotons in the morning before taking calls in the separate living room, while I slept in... then ordered every delectable thing (poached eggs, bacon and sausages, crispy fingerling potatoes, fresh bread and sweet butter, fresh fruit, really good avocado toast, perfect cappuccinos, etc) from the room service menu for us to enjoy together before I got in another bubble bath! We absolutely adored the supporting local vibe of the Nashville art & history on the walls, and the great books in the suite. The scent of the lotions and candles is beautiful - perfect balance of smokey masculine yet warm and feminine. We just had to take some candles home with their cool matches and other goodies from the gift shop. I sent my nyc and Nashville friends videos of the beautiful suite, this is the spot for those in the know. Can’t wait to see you again, Noelle!
Security concern
This review is based solely on safety and security of our possessions while staying with this hotel - not on the staff. We arrived last night and gave our car to the hotel’s valet to take care of for us. Our car was broken into on our first night here, along with other guests staying at this hotel. What upsets me and the reason why I blame the hotel for this occurrence is because they left our vehicle in an unlocked public parking garage that anyone can get to throughout the night, and they do not have a parking attendant there watching people’s vehicles in case of car vandalizing/robbing. My husband and i are traveling cross country and every other hotel we have stayed at so far not only puts your car in a locked garage overnight (on the hotel’s property), but has 24/7 security in case someone tries to break into the garage. For whatever reason i let my guard down with this hotel thinking our belongings would be safe no matter what and failed to ask the details (this hotel was planned more last minute while driving on the road than our other hotels, which we planned in advance). I assumed it would be safely taken care of like the other hotels had done, and they didn’t mention lack of security on their own. Trust me when I say I’ll never make this mistake again. If you are walking to this hotel or having a cab drop you off, then you’ll be good to go, but if you are driving here with your personal car 1) i don’t recommend staying with this hotel or 2) i recommend making sure you leave absolutely nothing inside your car and have car insurance because it is in no way shape or form going to be safely parked overnight. Hoping this review helps someone else. I will add, the hotel comp-ed our room (and obviously our valet fee), but to me if you are bringing your car with you the anxiety just isn’t worth it if there are other hotels you can stay at that can assure you that ALL of your possessions will be safe.
