I had previously wrote about a Rodeway Inn. I wrote that it was all about location. The first thing I want to acknowledge is that we are in a different time. I pray for all those that are affected by covid. Well this location was bad. It was very seedy from the start. After I checked it in I got robbed on the way to my room. The hotel appeared old on the exterior so I was not expecting much. Once inside the room was not clean and looked run down. The only positive to room is that it had a microwave(that had not been cleaned) and a fridge/freezer unit. It also had a tv. Customer service I will not go into to detail because of covid. But if this is how they were before covid they would barely get a d+. Like I mentioned it is all about location. The street is filled with trash. It also has a lot of homeless and drug addicts. I wish I has positive things about my experience. Hopefully yours will be better.

First of all, the maintenance is extremely poor. Towels are clearly old and as are the sheets, bad neighborhood, and not many amenities. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the bed, terrible service/wifi. I would never come here again.

Terrible! Definitely wouldn’t recommend families!

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The location of this hotel is in a horrifying part of town, there is constant homeless people hanging around the building. It is also not very clean, we had a trash can that sat outside our door full of trash for 3 days straight while staying there. The door was rusted and the paint was falling off. Every time we turned on our bathroom vent the smell of marijuana filled the room. Our last night staying there we had 4 or 5 cops come knocking on our door in search of some lady who committed a crime. Later that night while sleeping, our light fixture fell out of the wall onto our night stand and knocked over everything. I had called the front desk to tell them that what had happened and got hung up in my face.

Very bad experience!

I understand that I can’t expect a Hilton experience at Rodeway Inn. However, this place does not maintain a minimum level of motel expectations. There are several connected two storied buildings. Unfortunately they are very poorly maintained. Check in clerk was very unfriendly. Breakfast quality is not good at all. Bedsheets are not very clean. I don’t recommend this motel at all.

Checked in at 5:15 p.m.. very loud as it sit right next to the interstate exchange. Worse part of the stay is at 8:30 p.m. we pulled the bedsheets down and discovered hair on the sheets. Obviously someone just remade the bed and didn’t change the sheets. Manager at front desk had no apology, but had the nerve to ask why I waited so long to contact him, as we checked in at 5:15 and waited till 8:30 to inform him! After going to dinner and getting ready for bed is hardly any reason for NTAILO to question me. I requested my money back and he refused as there are no refunds after you check in! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worse place ever!!
