We can’t say enough about the staff @ this hotel. Each encounter with them they were friendly helpful & courteous. Bob the shuttle driver was so helpful and added to our vacation by sharing his knowledge of the area and pointing out where he could drive us to and what we could enjoy @ each location. He was like our own personal tour guy🙌 Sam, the manager very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Each of the front counter people were the same. The room was clean, had a wonderful shower. We will, without a doubt stay @ this location again when we are in the Nashville area. Thank you each & everyone of the staff @ Wingate. Linda & Phil

Excellent overall close to airport shuttle service or lift service keep up the good work GM and overall staff very attentive to the customers need will be back for the return flight back before traveling back to my home

Our flight home was cancelled so our airline booked us at Wingate and gave us a voucher to cover the cost. Upon arrival the front desk clerk could not figure out how to process our voucher. She claimed it was a program they just started with the airport and she was unsure of how to process it. She was unable to get in touch with the manager so we had to use our own credit card to access the room. Once in the room, we realized how incredibly low the cleaning standards were. Not only do they not clean for a pandemic but they don’t even do basic cleaning. Nuts, food, used bandaids were found under the bed skirt, the box spring is covered in dirt and hair, oil is dripping down the back of the door, and there were full bags of snacks found in the dresser drawer from previous occupants. Both the clock and phone in the room have the wrong date/time set on them. Not a nice stay so far at all

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was decent size and the bathroom fixtures and shower seemed to be updated. The floors were stained badly, and there was an "unknown" substance on the walls and pictures next to the bed. The walls in the bathroom looked to have some of the same substance on them as well. The noise from the airplanes close by, which is to be expected, was tolerable and the parking lot was well kept.

Wyngate Nashville Airport an Excellent Hotel

The Wyngate Nashville Airport Hotel was a great facility to stay at during out trip home. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was very comfortable, modern and clean; and the hotel amenities met our needs. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
