Excelent stay
Nice place, nice people, nive view, nice location. Close to some very nice restaurants like Mangai e Camarões. Very pleasant stay. Outstanding attention from all the team, from the hotel and in all the places we have been in Natal.
Green sausages!
The hotel self is really nice. Nice receptionists whom they are really helpful. The rooms are great. Amazing view to the Atlantic Ocean. A small balcony with the room witch is really great. In the evening I could sit outside and just watching the ocean. Was wonderful. BUT!!! On our 2nd (or 3rd) day I went to have a breakfast I wanted to eat sausages. I was eating already when I discovered that, a lot of pieces a sausages was green. I gave it to the manager and he’s respond was like’ it is green because was too long outside’. And later I had a diarreia. Just disgusting. On the same day I was eating my cake (also at breakfast time) and I found a long black har in the cake. The manager tried to explain to me that’s not them fault as they getting the cake from the other company. I said like I don’t care I paid more then €800 for a week, so it’s not an excuse. From that moment I never ate hot breakfast anymore. The manager offered to me a free dinner but does anyone really think after this I going to eat anything in this restaurant? With this restaurant I was really disappointed but the lady behind the open bar ( I don’t remember her name) she was really helpful. So overall I would mention Alexsandro, Fernanda and Joseane they were really nice and helpful.
Beautiful location, amazing view
Props: The hotel has friendly staff, felt welcomed at arrival by the friendly porter, most of them understood and spoke Spanish! The hotel rooms were spacious, and updated. It was great that were were various types of outlets. I loved it that they were conservative of electricity, by using a system that required the room key to stay in the slot in order for the lights to stay on. Some employees at the restaurant were very friendly, and cheery. The sports and leisure team was extremely nice and friendly. They were all very upbeat, and great dancers! Andy was very fun, and very helpful, and very attentive. It is very family friendly, the kids get a lot of attention for the leisure staff. Small room for improvement: I feel the room could have been more squeaky clean. I am used to having a coffee maker in my room, but it was not there... maybe it is not customary in Brazil. The bathrooms around the resort must get updated, they look like they weren't done by an amateur contractor, i.e. little things; fix and replace all the hinges on the doors, make sure they fit right to cover any other holes!. The Management could let the restaurant staff be themselves more, so they are not too serious. :) The restaurant should always offer their own filtered water. The food was good, there was a lot of selection! The selection of deserts was amazing! There should be a schedule of the activities on more areas like by the pool, beach so more guest can join in! The drinks need to come a lot sooner, than they do... the cocktails should take no more than a few minutes, unless requested otherwise by the guest. Tips - Make sure to check out their roof to take some cool shots, don't forget to use the sauna, and take part in the leisure activities. Make sure to ask how sweet the cocktails are, to make sure it is to your liking *it is customary to use condensed milk in them. Always check what's on the separate made upon order grill prior to serving yourself the buffet !! I recommend you get half board, you will go in many activities during the day, so you'll likely miss lunch. You must get your photos taken by their onsite photographers Paparazzi, Joyce did a Fabulous job. She's wonderful, very artistic, she knows her stuff!
Excepcional Experience!
my mum and I spent 8 days in Natal and it was amazing. The hotel was very good, breakfast is included and there are lots of different dishes to try. The swimming pool is great, the staff is very polite. There are some activities in the swimming pool area, and the staff is very exciting and funny! Our room was perfect, a solar deck and a complete view of Ponta Negra beach and Morro do Careca! I would come back for sure!!!!
Good location and comfortable
We stayed here because it was a little away from the main strip but close enough to walk every day. The hotel could do with an upgrade but service was good and it was comfortable. The kids staff seemed great and there was a nice games room. Breakfast was good- for Brazil standards! They should try and get loungers or more comfortable appealing chairs at pool area- I felt this was biggest problem- couldn't feel like one could settle in comfort at pool!! Beautiful views and stunning beach.
